Last night we also, threw on the cold blooded stealth classes on Rundown in TDM. Ran out and got 1000 points to 100 and then camped in grass and times it out. They found two of us the entire time. Dumbest. Kids. Ever.

I like how Tim complains about the spawn system when we play TDM and I suggest a different gametype.

I've always wanted to get a full lobby of people to do this with. I want a full TDM where nobody gets a kill. Cold Blooded Pro, everyone hide.

Says the guy that hasn't tried every gametype enough to warrant that opinion. The spawn system is very good in Sabotage and Search since you know, you spawn once. Sabo, much like Demolition, has set spawns all over one side of a map. Only problem is that maps like Rundown in Demolition have spots where you can see them spawn in front of you and shoot accordingly. Sabo has spawns all over the place.

Eh, Sabotage's spawns are kinda bad as well. I've had times where people have spawned right behind me. It's also very possible to spawn trap/kill in that game mode, I've found. At least on certain maps. *coughHighrisecoughcough*

I've now succumbed to the fact that those guys I call "F*A*G*s" online, who use noob tubes and thermals, are now all gonna have to taste the devastation of their own weapons gayness.

A team of guys in domination who were all using tubes have broken my pride.I just kinda snapped and said

"If these ******s are gonna sit there all day using weapons that rake in kills like that why shouldn't I?"

I've already got sit rep pro maxed out since starting to use the noob tube.

Thermals make sniping on certain maps stupidly easy.

Ones I've found it to be most useful on are Estate,Wasteland, Overgrown, Fuel and Afghan.Although sometimes I find the thermal to not get kills as easy as normal sniping.

Do thermal scopes affect the guns performance in any way?

I ran into an entire team of Marathon/LW/Commando UMP/AA-12 users today.

It was, the dumbest thing, of all time. It has absolutely killed my motivation to play this game. There is no way to stop it.

When people say that spawns are bad, I don't think they realize that there's a set list of spawns in each gametype and that if you're inside of their spawn, of course they will spawn behind you. You're IN THEIR SPAWN. There's one thing certain about spawns. Depending on the gametype, they will spawn based on where your team is. If you're away from your team (where it's often best to be), they'll be all around.

We should definitely play some Search sometime.

Once they open the spawns, no. In Sabo, you're not limited to the back of the office buildings.

If you can take a certain bomb, there are points where you can see them spawn not 2 feet from you. Rundown, for example.

How is dropshotting gay? It's a legitimate tactic that works. It's not some glitched game mechanic, there's a button layout dedicated to it. Dropshotting makes you a smaller target. It's a huge advantage and you're stupid if you think people are gay for using it.

I agree with this. I dropshot as well, and in certain key moments, it's saved my life and helped me get the kill. I can say I don't drop all the time, but only when I need to (CQB).

@ Fine we'll play some SnD next time. And drop shooting is cool with me. I do it sometimes but it's hard to do it on a regular basis cause I use the default controls. It kinda annoys me when someone drop shots me though.

You're the one who said the Spawns are bad in every gametype. Better than Bad Company 2 where it takes a good 5 minutes to find an enemy.

I'm very aware that there are set points to be spawned at, but the system should NEVER allow someone to spawn right behind me, especially since in Sabotage, there are a lot of spawns ELSEWHERE. The point of the spawn system should be to avoid things like this.
