The next biweekly will be str8 brawl, and will probably be April 25th. David, I guess u can call your melee tournaments Smashturbation again, and use this thread for brawl.

Nice, friday. Not bad actually, most of the brawlers live in Toronto + a minority of Sauga peepz. It should work.

Good tourny btw. Shoutz will come later.

Then it won't work. Grmo's tournament is on the 26th. So you might want to change that. Saugz gotz biweeklies too, and we run them on the 5th + 19th of Aprilz. I guess you should aim for the 12th or liek, first week of May.

bernard i got somthing for u!!!!!! lol the pics i used really really suck but besides that it;s pretty good, if u got bigger pics u want me to use "like i asked u before" send them to me!!!!!

lol stop the peer pressure guys.... Its pretty **** childish....
Its going too far when people are actually trying to MAKE people feel a certain way about a game.
Its like melee is your biological mom..... and your parents divorced.... so now you hate your dad's new wife (brawl) no matter who they are.

For instance when Mike posted that he was gonna laugh when ambrose posted about hating brawl, and then Ambrose posting that he liked brawl made me laugh pretty hard irl.

I loved it until I played it today. When 1 character beats all your moves regardless of how hard you try - enough is enough.

Basically, Metaknight is so gay - no thinking is required. The sad part is, no technical skill is required to be gay either. Its like Sheik...except Sheik is actually HARDER TO USE.

Ya I said it.

Oh wow, I got up+b outprioritized by meta and I fly off only to get edge-guarded with fairs (WHICH BTW ONLY PEOPLE WITH WINGS CAN DO).

Wow. Hurrah for no edge-guarding and noobs spamming gay characters and the cstick. Fun.

you played a character in melee that required almost less thinking than falco

basically nate got it right with the divorce analogy

brawl is the ****in HOT new step mom with a ****in bangin rack that you just wanna motorboat all day and when you realize shes not related to you at all you just start creamin yourself over it

but i mean it's totally cool if you guys don't like brawl, no one is forcing you to like it, however i cannot say the same for the pro-melee party, like Mr. Culkin has shown

but really we already have a thread for all this

It which you flick a stick and take a stock.

I never said meta was unbeatable. But come on Jake...you don't need to think that hard to win in brawl. You pick a high tier and spam unpunishable moves. Like meta's for example.

I agreed with what you said up until that part. When they flick the c-stick downwards, the objective is to not hold/flick the joystick downwards with them. This, in turn, should prevent the stock loss.
