She can. It is just not as good. It is weaker than in SSBM.Thank you. I confirmed That Ness can do Zap Jump. By the way, Zap Jump is called PKJ (or PK Fire Jump) in Japan.
Sheik cannot running jump as same as SSBM's Sheik. I thought "Momentum Capture" and "Momentum Capture Data" codes affect running jump. Is running jump affected to other codes?

He's got mediocre kill power with Good DI. He's heavy as hell and with good DI can live to stupid Brawl percents who has an amazing recovery with Side B and Up B.
