Why would I pick Wombo Combo? It's pretty fun yeah, but over-all the commentary is awful. Just a bunch of idiots screaming into the mic.

I generally like Wife and Husband, even though they tend to say some nonsensical things sometimes, especially Husband (such as Armada vs Amsah being a "friendly match" because they are from the same continent lol, or "Marth is a human type character, he's got a big sword").

I've got to admit they already said pretty epic things.

Nah that wouldn't work. HMW would just shout ignorant, opinionated bull**** and generic catchphrases all over the place never giving Wife a chance to say anything factual or interesting. That and their styles just don't fit together.

I like husband and wife on national scale tourneys (pound 4 m2k/armada was probably the best thing ive ever heard)

but waffles and phil commentating on anything regional here is just too good. plus the hype/shouting they create for norcal/socal tourneys make it more personal (mango juice zhu vs silent spectre loser's finals)

I'm sorry but I just lost so much respect for him after Armada v Hbox. He made the match way dumber than it should have been.
Gotta admit I've had fun listening to his commentary in the past though.

I wouldn't mind getting in on the Smash commentary scene. I feel that I'd be very good at it.

I agree that, since he was complaining and hating the whole time, I've lost respect for him. However, wouldn't you agree that the commentary made those 30+ minutes a bit more bearable and entertaining? I guess the same could be same for any commentary, though.

For me the commentary made it extremely annoying.

i've played on the map in the first link on quake 3 :O

i need to get into "unreal tournament".

looks mad fun.

quake 3 had this thing called strafing where you'd use jump mechanics and momentum (or something like that) to jump pretty far and stuff. does unreal tournament have that?

UT uses its own movement system where you can double tap W, S, A or D to dodge, followed by pressing Jump to execute a dodge jump.

In terms of movement speed, Quake 3 is MUCH FASTER.
