Steelix is a sorta ok physical wall in Gen IV OU.

And he can run a Substitute set. With STAB Earthquake to hit Heatran, Gyro Ball for most flying-types, and Roar/Toxic to weaken bulky waters/grounds, Steelix can pretend to hold his own in any tier. Sure he's setup fodder for stall, but that's when you bring in your Toxic Stalling Zapdos to deal with Skarmory.
