I'm still a slight bit more leaning on Scum on Soup.
Scum read leaning on Armor, Gova/July (one of the two, I got them confused and don't know how) doesn't really fly to me, reconsidering a few earlier reads a lot more now as I'm adapting.

505 is literally three words that were meant to be put in the post preceding it. Also, if you hadn't noticed, lots of the posts between us include that phrase. I don't see how you're judging my posts as scummy while you're using the same criteria to say Ryker's posts are good.

I have no clue where to put it. I'm not gonna vote RF just for inactivity. The only good reason I could see to vote him is that he posted in the thread without responding anything/delaying content or something.

I actually like this post, it seems genuine. However, I would like to know who you would be willing to lynch toDay, at least top two options please.

July, summarize "Soup gambit" for me.

Soup acted out of character to try and get Kuz to respond and see if Kuz thought Soup was town sans character trait that Kuz identifies with Soup scum, however after Kuz responded Soup was not quite ready to out his intentions but was forced to anyways by Kuz because Soup was acting super sketchy about it. Thus, Soup, while misguided, seemed to have good intentions of trying to get a read on Kuz through said gambit.

Ryker, what do you hope to gain from this answer?

Completely depends on who your scummate is. As newb scum my scummate was X1 and he encouraged me to challenge him, throw him on scum lists, and bus him if needed, so it differs from person to person.

Alright Ryker. Thanks for catching up and actually doing something. If you notice, I was the first to vote you. In RVS. Because you were a hydra. Your inactivity and general anti-contributing were tacked on over time, but after all your recent posts, you are null.

After all of kuz's recent posts, so is he. This major tunneling, among other factors, is making kuz look more suspicious than before. I can explain more when I have access to a computer.

On that note, I will have limited posting as my laptop's backlight is broken. I will keep up with my ipod and try to post when I can.

Why did you explain your Ryker vote in the first paragraph? It sounds a lot like you are justifying your actions when you don't need to.

Keep in mind the difference between "content" and "good content". Some of it is good content/can provide information, others like his #473 asking me to summarize Soup's gambit I don't see what he will gain from that answer and it at least looks like psuedo-content.

QFT. I want to see Ryker’s responses/reads from all of this, but at this point I would still be willing to support his lynch. Other lynch I would support toDay would be FragMental. I have considered TTK, but his recent posts have a decent amount of content and reads that I honestly find more sincere than Frag’s recent posts.

Ryker questioned the votes placed on him and it's obvious he doesn't agree with them, nor does he think they have any reasoning. I felt a bit intimidated because, I really didn't have reason. So yes, I was justifying my actions in a sense because I felt I had to clarify my original vote on the RF slot. This is because I really don't have a reason to be on the wagon anymore, because I like what Ryker has been posting recently. One of the main reasons my vote was even on RF was because the Soup vs Swiss conversation seemed extremely off to me. I felt that one of the two of them was scum, with a conversation like that. Soupa then clarified his "gambit" (albeit poorly, as it was generally a bad play), and began to push out some content. This pushed my suspicion onto Swiss, naturally. Now that Ryker has been posting more, though, I came to realize how stupid my reasoning was. I hope this cleared it up.

I think this is sort of explained above. Basically, I'm tunneling onto the back-and-forth between Soup and Swiss and seeing nothing but SvT. I've gone back and forth between whom I think is scum a bit, and second-guessed my reads on RF and Soup several times now. If either RF or Soup is scum at this point, it's Soup. It's also possible that's just how the two players are and it could have been TvT.

I've never played with Asdioh, no. His play is just the most townie out of everyone, except maybe kuz before the Ryker vs kuz conversation. Active scumhunting, activity in general, both asking and answering useful questions. His position on the RF wagon seemed warranted. I just don't see anything that indicates that he could be scum.[/quote]

Lol I understand, but it is a consideration remember my reaction to being called obvtown in Pizza mafia? I freaked out and claimed bp because I did NOT want scum to target me for an nk because they knew it would be hard to get a lynch on me, so I consider it. Especially as my scum reads are bleeeh right now. If the Ryker/Frag thing checks out then I'm basically looking at Fynal, TTK, Kantrip, Armor, and Gova and trying to figure out wtf to go from there.

Only if your town reads are correct. I've seen it go badly before because people have townreads on the wrong people.

I once thought that it would be a good idea to think about how many scum there are, and have no more townreads than that. For example, if you think there are most likely three scum, then keep your definitive townreads to two at max, unless you're absolutely positive on more than that. That way, you're guaranteed to not include all of the scum in your townreads, and be going in the wrong direction the whole time.

That's just theorycraft though.

Agreed with Asdioh and Ryker that PoE can work, but it's definitely best applied when you are confident in your town reads, which D1 there is pretty much no way to be that confident in your reads short of clears.
