When it's disbanded, the rules are not on demand anymore.

When it's not on demand anymore big and local tournaments will use either that or a different ruleset,

When tournaments are going to use a different ruleset, Mk is not banned on that specific ruleset.

Unfortunately, without any sort of universal ruleset, regions are now given free reign what rules can be done. A unified ruleset is needed, but because of the constant bickering and general unwillingness of people making compromises, that will never happen now. Smash is a complete joke now. The community is stupid and literally destroying itself by not having some sort of universal ruleset.

It took four years for MK to get banned, and it gets undone in four months. That's embarrassing.

It annoys me to no end that the community fights to keep MK legal, even going so far as to using several rules to restrict him. I think people should host tourneys where scrooging, planking, and Infinite Dimensional Cape are allowed. Bring back the '08 days. This will allow MK to play at his FULL potential, as intended, and once there are results, people can finally decide whether he should be banned or not.
