Not to be anal, but no, you really can't even argue interpretation.

Aside from the ears and tail (which don't even look that spot on and could apply to any number of things), there's absolutely nothing to suggest that's Lucario. No dreads, no spikes, no face mask, no generously proportioned hips. I have no idea what kind of eyes you guys see things through to make that look like it is.
