G. Vice, if you can go it'll be worth it. Jace, Strong Bad, Cookie Monsta, King Siegfried, all going. Also I posted in the Oklahoma thread and it looks like they're probably going. It would be fantastic if you made it.

Dodge ball sounds good. I'm so happy I'm off work Thursdays and Fridays. This is going to be a blast. Are you guys sleeping at the church? We should probably get that cleared if that's what the plan is.

And yeah I do, Saber bought it. The power cord or outlet stopped working on the way to Genesis though. Really unfortunate, since some really good bracket matches weren't recorded as a result.

I think we can get the cord replaced if the warranty is still good, but we've been laaazy. It's definitely an improvement on the Dazzle quality-wise, but ol dvc has been faithful for three years running now. I'm happy to continue using it.


I plan to write like 5 pages tonight between 6 and midnight, then the rest of it tomorrow for as long as it takes. Let me know when you're free. I work better with someone else there, even if I'm doing most of the work. That Debussy paper...

I'm going to be practicing my presentation on and off all day but besides that I'm free after 5. Also some biochem I need to do but I can be helping you write a paper while doing that.

I am thinking him vs Jace would be a good set. Of course he'd auto-eliminate pretty much everyone else, but hey. The price you pay for greatness.

If Jack and other Memphis dwellers came along too, the bracket could get very interesting. And even more likely ending in an Iori victory :p

We are using the DB for seeding by the way. That would make Iori the first seed unless somebody higher shows up, but Atma will be in Cali so he's not going. Jace would be second. IHSB probably third if he did indeed show up.

I wanna see Jace vs Iori. But I'd also really like to see him get some revenge on VTS. And Jace vs Arby would be pretty fantastic.

True. He should come to Pathways and steal Elo from Jace, Iori, ect. I'm trying to get Dart and Deku to go. No response yet. But it's only been like 5 minutes.

If Dart goes though, all bets are off. He's taking it :)

EDIT: Dart just said he can "make it happen" !!!!

Dart might have his hands full with Iori. And for that matter, Jack as well. They had a close set last time. I'm gonna try to make this happen too. It seems like too good an event to miss.

Jace is mad fun to play. I'd be interested to see how things go with me and him this time as well. We had some crazy fun friendlies last time.


edit* Yeah I agree. Jack and Iori are on the same level, Iori just wins between them. Out of state they typically perform about the same.

While Jack has never beaten Deku, Dart is a different story. That set would be a nailbiter as per usual.

I don't think Iori has ever played either one. Who knows what might happen!

Of course we are talking exclusively about players that haven't shown any interest yet :D

Come to think of it, I'd love to see Nite come to this too. He is a candidate to do well, and could potentially win as well.

I think I would be a little more mad than you, especially if only top 3 make it out lol. I've never played Zinth though, but I'm historically bad at Marth dittos. You guys need to take the discussion to the Pathways tournament topic though so we can get some more hype going on!

He is also not the best at Marth dittos, but he's a solid player otherwise. Beat me, Jack, and Ace consecutively in winners bracket at ARK IV. Then lost to Chamberlin the BEAST aka the Retirement Home King.


So who's coming, and how are we getting there? Will Ace be able to go since we're leaving Thursday? So far, my count is Vts, Vice, March Hare, me, Saber, Ace. That's six people. I guess we could split it between two cars if it comes down to it...
