I think STB will make a strong showing for top 15. At least Omar and Bryan. Anyone who's played them knows what I'm talking about.

Yeah his comp wont let him get on smashboards for some reason, whenever he comes ove rto my house we usually just browse to see if anything cool is going on

eh, from what I can tell from playing you that one time at gamer's tourney at Bookman's. That isn't much to go on, though, so I could be completely wrong about how good you are.

lol at me thinking you were some scrub and accepting that "pseudo MM" against you. I remember that my falco just got ***** in the MM but my marth did well.

Falco, you have served me well...

I have decided today, officially, that I am no longer maining falco. I will be playing with falco as casually as I play with say, fox, or captain falcon, or game and watch.

It's just too hard to play with the space animal. It's too hard to concentrate and play flawlessly. I'm tired of having to have to be cautious about every move I have to take with falco. Sure you have to do the same with every other character and limit your mistakes...but not as much as falco does. I'm tired of missing ONE l-cancel due to lag from hitting marth's shield...and getting shieldgrabbed and comboed potentionally to death. I'm tired of getting shined spiked because I screwed up something easy which caused me to be hit off the edge and having a terrible recovery [up b] which is easy to be gimped from. Falco has to be overly cautious because he gets comboed so easily and his recovery blows. He gets punished harder than most, if not, all of the characters for mistakes. In order to limit those opportunites to get punished, you have to be flawless in tech skill as well as obviously having the mindgames, which is frustrating me, because it seems I no longer have the motivation to do that anymore.

That's why I main marth now with an improving sheik as the secondary. **** falco, he's too hard to play with.

yeah, i have to agree with B-Will. i mean, even one little mess up can cause you a full stock. if you wanna be a falco main and be successful, you have to make as little mistakes as possible or you're gonna get gimped. but i don't think you should totally give up falco for good. you could make marth your main with falco as your secondary. i use pikachu as a main with fox as a secondary, and it seems to work just fine. in case if someone can handle a fastfaller like fox, i just switch to pika. and if someone knows how to handle lightweights, then fox it is.

so is SAST2 gonna determine top 15?

I have to kinda agree with Bryan, you have to play so near perfectly with Falco to do well. Even then, one good mindgame from a Marth or Peach, or a good tech-chasing Shiek, and you lose a stock...

I hate you Bryan, I called Marth/Shiek mains first =P... I'll do your Shiek vs my Marth, but no MM, maybe a cream soda match or something, but no way am I going to put money on a counterpick in your favor >__>. And, if I go to SAST, I need a teams partner, so think about how much my Fox ***** you in teams, and imagine having that on your side ;-P <3

However, my Marth isn't quite as efficient as yours against spacies, so I'm probably going to have to keep them for a while longer. And my Marth is nowhere near my Fox in teams so Fox is definitely staying for teams for a while.

Actually... I would like to challenge anybody and everybody to Marth ditto's. MM or friendly I don't care.

And I challenge Tony to a Marth ditto... GATORADE MATCH!

It's not so much that I don't have the skill to play falco, I just got really lazy. I'm too lazy to be as technical as i used to.

I've been playing a couple of hours of smash a day and I just got bored with falco. Marth is so much more fun to play with. Performing a ken combo, or ****** spacies with shuffled uairs and utilts, or outspacing a sheik with his range is so satisfying. It brings a smile to my face.

Maybe I'll keep falco as a third or something, Axe, lol. I'm just too lazy to play a technical character these days.

Coty, if you and I both go, yeah we should team.

EDIT: Oh yeah, SAST2 should influence top 15 rankings.

Actually, I didn't say that... however, I do remember you telling me that somebody else said that last time i was at your place (and im pretty sure it was dark, im not sure)... but yes, i know that, and that's WHY i want to do it. I've got at least a little bit of experience with brandon, and this is the only way that i can make tony put some effort into it =P... im thinking about saying he doesn't win unless he four-stocks me, just to make absolutely sure he's trying ;-)... not that i doubt his capability of doing it =P
