If you're talking about the keyboard, it does. You cant short hop or do tilts (or anything half held down).

Also mine's wireless, so there's a bit of lag.

you can kinda of short hop at the correct right stick default angle (67 %)

you can do tilts after you land

you can sh with keyboard with just regular c button pressing, stick jumps are out of the questions though, they always have full jump height.

SH is easier on keyboard than controller IMO. It's so easy to press a keyboard key for less time than a controller button.
