i'm actually pretty sold on this KB lynch. i never really thought about it before, but their entire game sucks and it makes me writhe with pain.

if he's not scum i'll be so upset with both players in that hydra, not that i'm not already upset with them of course. i've looked over previous games of inferno and he should know better than to play the way he has been playing.

actually, i think i'm jumping the gun on the KB lynch. but i basically share the same view as gorf at this point. i feel a lot stronger about the KB lynch but less stronger about the OS lynch so it sort of evens out.

Also weighing the pros and cons easily shows you why KB is a better fallback than OS.

On an OS townflip we got rid of a good player who could have helped once he started playing. He also has very little to look back on once he flips.

KB, on the other hand, almost becomes a policy lynch as well. Only half of the hydra is posting, but they do have more to look back at once they flip.

^yeah, those were my thoughts exactly, except that there's also this nagging feeling that they are legit scum. i've been reading them as dumbtown almost the entire time so i've never called them out on their scummy ****...and lord knows there is a lot of it.

Of course it is scummy, because if RF is indeed town then he will be a huge asset for us later on in the game. I'd rather risk him being scum and try to make a read on him than lynch him on the basis that he would be dangerous if he was scum.

I do not believe I ever said nor implied anywhere that I was certain of RF being town, in fact at the time I was skeptical about his alignment but since then I have changed my mind.

You have me for a few minutes before I crash. I'm here to answer the Raz read question.

Had him as town because I knew from prior to the game's start that he was looking to change up his style of play to become more relevant before day 3-4. At the start of the game, he was looking to make something happen and I liked that. Then he disappeared because his computer blew up and I was hesitant to release that read for most of this phase because it was something outside the game that brought such a jarring halt to his productivity.

When I voted Overswarm I didn't actually have a scumread on him but after the wagon I am not liking his reactions. He said that when he's town he "doesn't change the way he plays" or something along those lines, but isn't that kind of wrong? Shouldn't you want to defend yourself and prove your alignment so that town keeps its numbers? Because of this, I am content with keeping my vote on Overswarm.

I could see Nabe as scum because of his defense for Overswarm, which I think is a scummy move because it's easy for scum to do that and I think we needed a lynch at the time. Now we have about 1 day left (I don't know exactly how long because I live in Australia and cannot be bothered figuring out timezones) until deadline and we're going to have to scramble for a lynch or end up with no-lynch which sucks.

Uhhh, guess I should be updating bout' now.

Up to post 200. I find myself liking J's "stance" post (122). Don't like how J leaves the Vlade option open. Seems a little, buit only a little. Some minor suspicion, but I more so like J's early play. He can lean town.

Nabe has yet to leave any impact on me as of yet, despite him making posts. Not good. For his sake I hope that this will change. Very slight scum lean.

Very mixed feelings over Kantrip's 177. On one hand, I like just how much effort he put into that post, which I don't see scum Kantrip doing. On the other hand, it's very self-cerntered. All of it only talks about issues that relate to him. Not good. Really don't want to believe scum Kantrip would be this unagreeable, though, I know his scum meta, and I'm pretty sure it hasn't changed, because no one has really talked to him about it. In AM, he tried to blend in and be very agreeable with everyone. I don't think he has changed his way since then. Very slight town lean.

Or at least, it may have before this attention was drawn to it. I wanted to see how malleable he was. Considering he backed off me for making one wall of text, I was curious to know if he would play agreeable and say my answer was correct. If he did this, I would suspect him. Apparently no one likes letting me get reads on people. I always feel so ****blocked when I try to scumhunt.

I really don't like Kantrip's recent posts. None of your posts or intents have any townlike substance and I agree a lot with J's case. Something I highly dislike is the fact that you are insulting Gorf. It's uncalled for and a really bad way to deflect Gorf's suspicions.

ITT: walls vs walls. Got bored of reading them, started skimming. (I think) I agree with most of J's 205, Kantrip's 202 is really scummy, the first line just set off flags.

My internet is being HORRIBLY unreliable lately, so I might not be posting much.

Kosha Boy is still looking scummy, I agree with Kantrip on that point, but they're probably scummates bussing each other so whatever.

Does anybody know where Overswarm is? I know it's the holidays and all, but I didn't see a V/LA announcement of any sort from him so I want to make sure he knows the game's running and all that.

Asdioh why aren't you being obvious town? Why are you only posting sideline commentary here, and why are you holding onto just flimsy reasoning to link Kosha and Kantrip together?

J reaching a bit on some of his points. Feels somewhat forced that he's rebutting EVERYTHING that Kantrip is doing. Points "not seeing town motivation for answering for Bardel" and "trying to influance Gorf's defense" are the reachy, bad one. I DO cringe however whenever Kantrip makes a point about "other's not pointing out what's scummy about him." Bad defense. More concern is shown for debunking others then explaining his actions. Nevertheless, J's coming out more scummy in this debate. It's hurting his town cred he had earlier.
