Understandable, because there is no defined victory theme for the games, just the announcer.Hey, what do you think of Kaz having no victory theme?
Give it another day, and we'll eventually get to hear that new remix at its fullest.I'm trying to listen to the Kazuya theme remix during Sakurai's Squad Strike battle. I almost teared up it was so beautiful.
isn't it june 29 in japan tho?Give it another day, and we'll eventually get to hear that new remix at its fullest.
Depends on your region. North America must wait another day.isn't it june 29 in japan tho?
Being the protagonist of only one game in the main series does not automatically make him the face of the entire franchise. The cover was simply going with the concept of original protagonist versus original protagonist.
Okay, so why is Kazuya going against Ryu here and not Jin? Kazuya has been on the cover of Tekken more often than Jin ever has.
I’m gonna get a feel for how he plays before I decide whether or not I main him. I’ve never played Tekken before.Who here is going to main this ******* day one?
As for me, this pass has been feeding me real good, so of course i'll add him to my played character sheet.I’m gonna get a feel for how he plays before I decide whether or not I main him. I’ve never played Tekken before.
Some time around 8-10 PM EST, if past Smash releases are any indication. (I've been told that Pyra/Mythra released around 8 PM, so likely closer to that)Just curious; what time is Kazuya supposed to release today?
If I recall correctly, the release time of new software updates would typically be around 9 PM EDT. I'm not sure if Japan does daylight savings time though. Some time around 8-10 PM EST, if past Smash releases are any indication. Crash is a good choise for the next and final DLC slotPersonally I would more prefer Crash, with Coco being his Echo Fighter. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see who gets the final DLC slot.
He feels amazing to play. Best part is that he's simple, way moreso than Ryu & Ken in spite of his diagonal tilts, mainly because you only need know 1 input to memorize with him! Also, as always, dude hits like a truck. Sakurai really likes his folks hitting hard, doesn't he?Well Kazuya's finally out. What do y'all think so far in terms of gameplay?

Techincally, Piranha Plant was the heaviest DLC fighter before Kazuya showed up; Kazuya beats Piranha Plant by just a single unit.Damn, Kazuya's heavy. We actually have our first-ever heavyweight in the DLC.
Probably reference the final battle in Tekken 7 where Heihachi fight Kazuya & then Devil Kazuya, due to the background being in a volcano and the music is the same one that play in the very last fight where Heihachi as almost no health left.
- I was rather disappointed with Kazuya's final opponent in Classic Mode. Two Kazuyas (one being metal)? Maybe I'm not getting the reference with that particular round.
...what?i'm probably not gonna play him for that long due to how i'm feeling towards demons
It's...complicated...what?
Is it a religious thingIt's...complicated
kinda, i haven't been to church for years and i played the likes of Devil May Cry and Doom, but i don't like associating myself with demons. Is it a religious thing
