Do people understand that getting top7 or top10 is extremely unimpressive at the average tournament?
It's not about how you place, it's about who you beat down. People should stop being happy with 9th or 7th and try to crack top 4 at every single tourney

I bet you are, I'd like to rematch you even though you'll probably destroy me. I'm better now, and took a couple rounds off Omni and I heard you usually beat him, so yeah, lol, you'll win.
I've never played Chillin in my entire my life and you took matches off me while I was SUPER BLASTED. C'mon, Calvin... not cool!
By the way, I got A LOT better against DDD. Atomsk just explained a few do's and don't's that I honestly couldn't understand until this weekend. I feel a lot more comfortable playing against DDD's.
And my Diddy is getting fuggin' amazing really fuggin' fast.

Thumbs, Deez, Esoj. Answer these questions for me about Diddy:
1.) If you SH aerial (not b-air) a character, will the lag from the impact allow Diddy to squeeze a 2nd aerial in?
2.) After a SH aerial, I find that it'll probably be safe to execute a quick tilt. Does anyone know which attack comes out first between a d-tilt, an up-tilt, and an up-smash?
3.) If I dash attack into someone's shield, can they always grab me before I have time to sidestep?
4.) Sometimes while being attacked or grabbed, Diddy will drop his banana randomly. Is this completely random? What exactly forces people to drop items they have in their hand?
5.) I think I know the answer to this, but I just want to make sure. During the initial trip animation, isn't the person invincible for the first few frames?
6.) Do bananas shield stab (hitting people's heads or feet if their shield is low)?
7.) If you over+B with Diddy, can you always "release to foostool" on every character? I'm not talking about the foostool where you press jump after the hump. Rather the animation where you kind of grab release them but you're placed over their head for a footstool to come out.

steve i know you can shield grab through dash attack. Lotta diddys get pissed off at it. Well i know ice climbers can grab them through their dash attack....

1) no. also dont fair when ur close to the ground the lag if u miss will let ur opp smash u. also if they have low damage and u hit they wont fly far enough so char like snake can tilt u afterwards.
2) the tilts come out a bit faster. id recommend d tilt if ur trying to space cause it has some pretty decent reach. Id say up tilt if u land right next to them cause uptilt will hit them if theyre in front or (for tall chars) behind u. also faster then his tilts r his jabs except they dont have that long of range.
3) I dont know if the whole crew can grab diddy but i know most can. if u think theyre about to grab u, sidesteppping or jabbing out of dash attk r prob ur best options to avoid the grab cause those go through if they dont grab u perfectly out of dash attk.
4) not really sure, i think its usually random. i kno u can z drop it sometimes
5) yes and no. it depends on how they trip. HA! diddy is sooooooo much more complicated then people give him credit for. this is a long one which ill explain to u whenever i c u cause im too lazy to right it all down.
6) yes they do. if their shields r low u can jump over and drop it on their heads or u can glide attk going forward while dropping the nana downwards to trip them.
7) dont understand. u mean up b? or do u mean forward b?

Jose he's referring to Ddidy's forward b grab release for number 7. It works on about 10 characters.

In that case ya it works on a decent amnt of chars, metaknight included i believe. right when u diddy hump them ull b going the direction they are diing. make sure u di the same so when they break free ull b going the same way. after that simply jump after a quick second for the foot stool. Thanks Thumbs, any opinions on what i said? BTW: Ur sisters hot.

I agree with pretty much everything you said. 1 is especially true about aerials close to the ground at low percents. You can't afford to make that mistake versus Snake because he gets a free f tilt after it, maybe even an up tilt. Not sure which of Diddy's tilts comes out faster, but I'd guess up tilt. I think everyone can grab him out of the dash attack, that's why I usually follow my dash attacks with grabs. It works a lot for some reason lol. Number 5 is tricky, I just eyeball it. I can't explain the timing lol. And number 6 is right, dthrow naner toss is **** since it shield stabs them easily. BTW: STFU
edit- I'm more knowledable in Diddy's matchups. My God you're gonna have a hell of a time in some of his matchups. There are some characters you should never use Diddy against. I'll go into further detail in person, but Jose is dead right when he says Diddy is more complicated than everyone thinks. You have to work soooooooo hard to overcome some of those matchups. Not worth it at all. Stick with MK for those.
