Not sure if serious, but rolling is referring to using tobacco rolling paper with marijuana inside to form a "joint" so it can be smoked.

Blaze is a term used to communicate smoking of the marijuana.

There are a lot of drugs and alcohol use in this community. It ranges from light substances to very heavy stuff.
