I plan on showing up for this, even though my finals are on the week after. This will be my first time at Gigabits, and I am wondering if there will be extra TV's hooked up for free play during the tourneys so I can get some practice against humans.

I am also looking for a teammate. All my friends are too stubborn to come to this.

Dang this is gonna be fun. this will probably be my last gigs for a while too along w/ vZakat... but idk. i might be able to drive up during the summer time. so yea me and vZakat will be bringing two tvs and cubes as always, and we will be staying till the very end and afterwards, so no worries.

i say more people should bring tvs and cubes. like hiroshi said "you all have one and it weighs like 2 pounds". so yea. i agree. more people should actually bring them.

First of, I don't have a car. Secondly, I don't know the NC smashers that well yet so I don't think they would take me. Third, I'm sure its imposible to convince them to come. (there's a huge NC tourney happening but none of them are comming). So it's highly unlikely that I'll get a chance to play with them.

Now that I've played at SUPS and experence pools outside of MLG, I sorta like them. As long as everyone in my pool isn't good. lol. And we need that rofl vs. lol thing to happen. Mabye manko can make sigs for both 'crews'.

I agree, we need to do RoFL vs. LoL, and make sure it gets recorded.

Crew sigs would also be pimp.

Ted Boosley, I must say that I find your prediction to be very probable. Indeed 2v2 is much different than 1v1 Hiroshi. I definitely want some action. We need some Pwned vs. LoL and RoFL as well.

Have there been any final decisions on how this tourney is going to be run yet? Are they getting rid of low tiers and doing pools or what?

Vzakat, that's why they invented smashboards, so that you could find people who play this game, and the majority of people it seems to me get rides from other people, so like 25 percent drove the other 75 got rides.

I guess you cant hear sarcasm on the boards. But for the people who do really smell...cough...cant really name anyone...take ur showers and apply a decent amount of deodorant. And gigs always reeeeksss of man sweat/juice/grunge. As a whole we smell like ****. So we should all carry something that makes us smell better. We dont have to uphold the image of the smelly gamer. Lets step it up.
