Landing detection is significantly more impactful than that, so no.

You know those short lasers from falco in melee. Ganons dair through platforms? Samus's low missile cancels? etc etc

All of those enabled by landing detection. Sorry but your argument is wrong on so many levels.

The Project M team has not been able to come up with a Landing Detection code yet. Landing Detection encompasses a lot of the issues that some people have with the project.

But more importantly: I kinda feel like doing my annual playthrough of Final Fantasy X. Someone join me. Emblem Lord? Cyanide? You guys play RPGs.
