While the director is a houkifag, he went out of his way to make her look like a douche for a majority of the series. But like, the last 2-3 episodes of the season + the ova are making her out to be a pretty cool gal.

I think it's something like Char > Eye-patch Moe > Houki maybe houki above germany-tan.
