Nakochi = Mio (shy, meek, but very talented)
Minko = Ritsu (can be very loud, both sit in the "back" - one's a drummer the other a chef)

Yeah Minko - Ritsu was tough to pull off but the other 3 somewhat fit and I hated seeing leftovers.
