I voted Ridley simply because I’ve been rooting for him since pre-brawl and seeing him in the game was something I genuinely gave up hope of ever happening. K. Rool was a very very close second.

I’m excited to do themed squad strikes. Myself and a friend have been planning some out. Heroes vs villains, mario vs Zelda, third parties v each other, retro vs new franchises, echos vs their echoees, I could go on. Squad strike and smash down have so much potential.

Custom moves would’ve been fine as long as there were no duplicates. That’s what really wound me up about it. Same with the mii costumes. It actually put me off customs a lot, I only used them when required to milk crazy orders and actually stand a chance in classic 9.0.

I can see springman being Chrom’ed. Regardless if people think he’s DLC or not, I can see Sakurai going for Ribbon Girl, Master Mummy or Ninjara. Springman is a bit- generic. I’d be happy with any Arms representation to be honest but that cast has such great potential whoever they go for.
