  • "Catching 'em all" is about as much a goal for Pokemon as being macho is one of Wario's main personality traits - only fabricated by the marketing department and temporarily canonised. Not trying to say anything major here, just an observation.
continuing from that last status, if you're ever bored, just look up random terms on the Muppet Wiki - it doesn't matter how dark or adult, it probably has an article on there.
I remember reading once on the Muppet Wiki that Sesame Street monsters canonically age slower than humans as opposed to a floating timeline - but I cannot find the evidence for the life of me. I really care about the important issues, don't I?
I love how when you go to "r/antivax" the first thing that shows up is a giant banner saying "Vaccines save lives". they really pulled a 90s McDonald's website (look up "90s McDonald's Fact Fiend" if you don't know what I'm talking about - warning: the video and article are both pretty vulgar!) in sabotaging that subreddit, eh?
if the Sans Mii costume was leaked (especially without the mask) people would probably jump to assume Frisk was confirmed like they are with Geno and Doomguy now.
Why the hell is Game Freak reusing animations even a problem? of course you're gonna have to reuse a lot when you're working with over 400 different monsters. yeah, it was a lie, but an inconsequential lie.

The comment about good reviews was in response to Will's comment, which used the term "mediocre" as if it were objective.

Also, false advertising happens all the time - just live with it, especially when it's as minor as this.

False advertising is very serious regardless, pushing it aside because "it happens all the time" isn't a good excuse to ignore it IMO.

It's not serious in this case through - who buys a game just because it has new animations?
Time travel movies need to stop having dates that are like, just 30 or 40 years in the future.

Part of the problem is that, if the main character's kids are involved, it has to be. Take Terminator 1 - the future was set 45 years after the year that the movie came out, in one of the longer examples, and while we haven't reached that point yet, it's only ten years from now.
Reminder: CommanderVideo, a character created by Choice Provisions, appeared in Smash Wii U. Choice Provisions made a Bubsy game that had cancelled CommanderVideo DLC. the Bubsy-to-Smash link is closer than you'd think.
despite their tough Activision grasp, Beenox is quite possibly the best company in gaming when it comes to fan feedback.

Waaaay ahead of you. And I'm hyped. The "they're not in the initial datamine list/anymore, so they're scrapped/not considered" crowd is proven more wrong by the day.

Also, I thought Chick 'N Stew would be saved for the final batch (currently on May, if the plans hold up), but hey an extra gift like that for Xmas is pleasant indeed. We'll most likely have the entire Crash cast and then some by Summer.

Meanwhile, Garfield Kart is going through some problems: http://www.nintendolife.com/reviews/nintendo-switch/garfield_kart_furious_racing

Honestly, I'm surprised Activision even owns the copyright to Yaya Panda - I assumed she'd be owned by whichever developer made the CNK mobile games (similar to how Nintendo owns Dr. Wright and Square owns Geno and Mallow). Fasty/Trippo/Hasty on the other hand, I imagine they probably had to get permission to use the character (there's probably two parties they'd have to ask - Bob Rafei and whoever it was who he designed him for) - either that or "Hasty" is a non-copyright-infringing parody of sorts? (Hasty does seem like an interesting spin on the name Fasty, since it almost rhymes with Fasty and basically means the same thing)

Hey, as long as the design is similar to but distinct from the character, it should be fine. Besides, if he's a moose in this, he may get Canadianisms to flesh him out some. Then again, NG and crew does approve of the recent Crash efforts, so that may have helped.

Polarbit are the devs that did the Crash mobile games, and Activision did publish those, so there you go. Besides, the Rocket from CNK2 was in the first GP anyway.
I wish you had the option to choose whether your Mii has an emotive face or not for "face art" Miis. they had a slightly similar mechanic in Tomodachi Life - through it didn't work that well.
is Death Standing a serious dramatic game by Hideo Kojima or a meme game with Conan O'Brien, piss and Rick and Morty? I'm so confused right now. apparently Kojima does this sort of stuff all the time but that doesn't make it any less confusing.

The Metal Gear Solid series was generally serious with a strong anti-nuke message, showcasing how war can irreparably damage people and how soldiers can struggle to find a purpose outside of the battlefield, but it also has cardboard boxes as the ultimate stealth technique, giant robots that moo, and the ability to kill a boss by setting your system's clock forward by a week. It's Kojima being Kojima - you get used to it.

I wonder what the Super Mario In Real Life kid thinks about the horrors she's brought into this world...

    (yes, she's trans)
Honestly, I think, if done right, a Wario movie would be better than a Mario movie. the true hardest hurdle is making Wario a huge jerk but still someone you like and can root for, especially since this would most likely be a kids' movie, but it would be possible at the very least.

Here's my elevator pitch; Wario's essentially an inferior Mario so play off that dynamic. In order to upstage Mario, he tries to round up all his friends (The Warioware dynamic in what would be a Wario land movie) to go on an adventure with him.

The stakes keep getting increasingly raised due to Wario's impulsiveness, and eventually when it all blows up in his face, all his friends split away from him. So now Wario chooses to apologize to his friends, but as any Wario game ends, he gets the upper hand on the treasure (the goal of the quest he went on in the first place) before getting upstaged by Mario one last time.

Bonus points for a Black Sugar Gang post~credits scene.
I'm pretty sure the obsession with boobs in YouTube thumbnails back in the early 10s is the reason I'm so grossed out by them.
Not gonna happen, but I'd love KOF Stadium forms for each stage.
It's a shame that the only popular canon autistic character in TV animation is a murderous mad scientist who a lot of people can't figure out is supposed to be the villain.
