    So i worked the details out with eric about whats happening. And this is what we decided on. He is going to come up on the 23rd and leave the 25th. And we will have a nice smashfest that weekend.

    But there is one small little catch. Since I am gone this weekend and the last weekend is July, and you are gone the weekend of the 17th. This became the only weekend we could do it.
    But since I am gone two weekends in July, and the 17ths falls on stampeded. I am going to be having a party on the 24th for my 21st birthday. Which people are more then welcome to come to if they feel comfertable around drinking, and stuff. None the less, we can smash all friday, most of saturday and most of sunday. So everything should be good to go

    I will indeed~ afaik there are only official Brawl tournaments there and Melee is going to be friendlies. I'm not sure who's going to enter Brawl because most of the smashers I know that are going are mainly Melee players but there could be some unregistered people who play MK that I don't know about. Ah well.. I hope my G+W or Pika is good enough by now :s

    Well nobody holds tournaments in Middletown, Connecticut. They're all out of town. I've played against a few big name guys before, most notably SPAWN, and I've met a few others - Jam Stunna, Zoso, SwiftBass, etc. I also went to school with DarkDragoon. He was the president of the Chess and Gaming club where we played Melee every day :3

    I think I stand a much better chance this weekend since Darc and Dazwa aren't going to be there LOL. Spawn still ***** my **** though

    Hah I wish I went to tournaments. I can't drive yet (although I am learning and according to my instructor I'm one of the best people he's ever driven with [we talked about E3 for a whole car ride]) so I have no way of getting to them. I'm going to Cataclysm 5 in October and ConnectiCon 2010 this weekend. I'm gonna be rooming with a bunch of other smashers and hopefully learning a thing or two since I am still a scrub at Melee. I was supposed to meet Darc there but he and Dazwa didn't have the money to come down.

    Well yeah, but I've recently gotten back into brawl. I can appreciate vBrawl a bit more than I used to nowadays -- I used to be Melee elitist. Besides the fact that you're a mod, though, I didn't even know you were on the forums. I recognized your name from the Soul Linker that Adrian gave me the info for and remember you messaging me about it on FB.

    Austin's about 3 hours from Dallas, so we'd carpool up there and house with someone in Dallas, but you're welcome to crash at my place and follow us to the housing in Dallas.

    Yeah man, we should definetly do some brawling after work.
    I hadn't heard anything about eric coming up this weekend. But i just got caught up in the thread and saw it's a new idea. Unfortunatly sunday is one of the only day's i cant brawl this month because I will be in BC. It's a shame really.

    But yeah man i have a car I can definetly give you a lift if you need. It's seriously less then a 6 minute drive, it shouldn't be any problem whatsoever.

    Not tonight unfortuantly. I am almost only on msn when i am at work.

    I will try to put in an effort to remember to go on msn during the evenings tho.

    But since we do work the same schedual practically and live close we should definetly do some brawling soon. Even if it isn't a big thing

    I am usually free most days in the afternoon. I work during the day, so most evenings, like 6-10 i am free. Sorry, i will try to be on MSN more. I always forget about it unless it sign's me in automatically.
