My manga list on the Ohio PR is pretty legit, but if you can find Meiryotei Gotoseijuro go find it. It is easily my favorite manga, I have almost all of Kazu Hajime's works. Some of his more recent stuff kinda sucks though, like Karasuman and Futengumi.
I've recently started to read a fist of the north star spinoff called fist of the blue sky (Souten no Ken), but I don't know if it will be your cup of tea, it's a lot like Baki the grappler. Are you coming to SiiS? Cause we should talk about manga in person :D
EDIT: Totally forgot about Hōshin Engi, that's a really good jump comic, but it's hard to find. If you can't find any of these, try sandland, it's a short but great comic
