I only really use the spring as a projectile to assist in edge guarding. I find it hinders more than helps on the ground, but that could be because I'm a creature of habit and I'm not used to using it.

Personally, I believe players become predictable, not characters. But I do agree with what you said about people becoming aware of Sonic's techniques and tactics. Unfortunately we're just going to have to adapt to stay ahead, something I'm not good at xP.

I love this field (being a Sonic main). The ditch in the bottom stops most horizontal projectiles from being very effective, and the checkpoints can provide some nice protection when you need a time out. Only thing I don't like is how close the death-line is to the end of the screen. if you...

I despise Super Mario Bros. with a passion. The stupid crabs and turtles and the ability to walk off and die ruins it for me. Don't like Green Greens (from SSBM) either, the blowing tree, small platforms and explosive blocks frustrate me.

I hate Cresella's spinning discs of doom, if I'm ever playing friends and he (or she, probably she) turns up, then I usually restart. Dialga and Palkia are awesome though. Stage destruction, low grav, laser beams and stage flipping is awesome.
