Tomorrow will be the day my decade long quest reaches its conclusion. This is destiny. Technically Slime was my obsession choice, but I'll take any Dragon Quest content I can get!

Outside of the generic swordfighter trope, there's plenty of magic/skills they could incorporate into Erdrick's moveset: Kafrizz, Kacrack, Kaboom, Kazap, Falcon Slash, Gigaslah, etc. Summoning monsters or variations of Slime enemies would be something that would be interesting and not too far...

To be on the cusp of a potential Dragon Quest character reveal after years and years of advocation is surreal. Even if it's not the character I was specifcally requesting (that would be Slime). Still, I'll take it and be more than happy.

Sendoff character for the base roster is going to be Sora. Book it.

In the end, Isaac is the only exciting character from that bunch for me, so my emotional investment in this “leak” is non-existent. Having said that... It’s bunk. All hell will break loose in a week or two when Fiery Cheetos Chester is revealed.

I really like this move set! Also appreciate the time you spent to illustrate the different attacks for Slime. The zoom box is an interesting idea for an up special. Kind of reminds me of Sonic's spring in some ways. The side attack is equally interesting since I cannot seem to recall a time...

Kind of agree with the idea I've seen in this thread and elsewhere: I think any other newcomers we see bar Inkling will be third-party. The licensing is probably easier because there is likely a royalty on the amount of DLC sold. Not to mention the mindshare involved with being in Super Smash Bros.
