From my experiences Falcon's grab range on up-B is slightly less, and doesn't have the ending punch.

Also people hitting Ganon out of his up-B only happens past certain %'s, and usually you can still DI+SDI to survive anything. It's also why I said "learn to recover backwards" You can tech the stage that way.

I beg to differ on that last part as well.

Always DI up, never wizkick to recover. Learn how to tech/recover backwards/recover last moment possible. (Purple fist of doom ftw)

If Ganon is in a position to be gimped, Falcon would be as well.

Ganon's uair, dair, and bair all AC with a SH. <_<

Tipman (back hit uair) to side-B, to tech chase (something they almost all fail at TBH) or guarenteed followup (preferably stomp or fsmash, but wizkick can be good) is ftw.

Ganon gets awarded better then Falcon IMO due to actually... being able to land KO moves (gotta love side-B...) it's just.... god**** people suck at reading people. -_-

/has gotten people from 0% to 150% + off of mostly side-B and followups..... just by reading them. :3

Ganon's dash attack, dtilt, ftilt, fsmash, usmash, and wizkick can all KO... Falcon has... Punch, fsmash, and dsmash and utilt? Only 3 of which are easy to land, dsmash has to be DI'd horribly, utilt the opponent has to be airborne (from my experiences), and Fsmash can be a pain to land?

Not to mention I personally like reading people for Ganoncides. :3

I've beaten both IC's and Sheik.

IC's is especially difficult and isn't worth the trouble. (I'd say 75:25. No joke) and it's best to have a counterpick for them.

Sheik is easily 70:30, but is still possible if you know the matchup well enough. She isn't too hard to gimp as Ganon. The ftilt lock DOES **** you however it is avoidable, it doesn't have godlike range.

I'd go as far to say IC's is 70:30 and Sheik is 65:35. Strong disadvantage? Yep. But have you seen Mewtwo's matchups in Melee? 10-90 or worse across the board.

And I've beaten COMPETENT Ic's and Sheik's. Not just some random scrub. lol

I 3 stocked a MK multiple times as both Ganon and Falcon.

Ganon has no impossible matchups, his mains just really. Really suck.

Falcon at least has some pretty smart players, but they still do things wrong. Don't mix it up enough. (I've almost lost to quite a few Falcon mains. Never to a Ganon since I've gotten better)

Seriously, Link is ****. People need to return to basics on this game:

Powershielding projectiles is 30490394092093 times easier then Melee.
Learning to space properly to avoid being punished for shielding said projectiles, is difficult as ****. But learn it.
Powershield projectiles.
Space properly.
Know the distance to approach.
Do so.

Both Falcon and Ganon can wrack up some pretty good damage if you just play smart. Something Link can't do. Link relies 100% on opponents ****ing up.... <_<

Pro Tip:
Never run as Falcon unless you plan to dash attack. Seriously. Just listen to me and don't do it.

I'm actually thinking of helping both the Falcon and Ganon boards out (but by doing so I help out Meta Knight to a degree... :/)
