    awsome! i just messaged him about the group about 2 minutes ago :laugh: and i also JUST wrote down about 10 names maybe for POSSIBLE gym leaders as well. ill make a group right now so we can discuss what we need.. DS isnt on at the moment so ill fill him in on everything later

    can you play now ? I know the deadline is passed, but at the rate the tourney is progressing, i doubt he will care.

    IE is NOW having second thoughts about it (after i asked both you and DS, which makes me look kinda stupid >_>) so he may or may not do this afterall.......

    hahahh GREAT! well, i do not have MSN, but i thought we could just make a usergroup here, and then once we figured out who we wanted for Gym leaders, we would invited them in, similar to what DTP did

    also, i have one more question to ask..... Infinite emerald has been wanting to start his first tourney as well, he saw that we were trying this idea and wanted to help out. gain experience and whatnot. i am ok with it personally, but its obviously not fair to you and Dualseeker if you guys dont get a say in the matter. what do you think? would he be TOO much help?

    well, if the one tourney your talking about is DTP's Gym Leader tourney, thats exactly the one im talking about. since you and i both wanted to recreate the idea, i figured id invite you to help us with it! but if you dont want to, thats perfectly ok :) just thought i would check with you

    alright, Monday might be difficult :(. As a last resort, i can be on at this time tomorrow though. If it isnt any better, we can try to meet up on Monday. You can have the win if we dont get to play, if gotten so many byes this tourney anyways its only fair

    I see. The character of Zen's that's probably my biggest challange right now is his Pikachu. At least he doesn't seem to chain grab.
    I think that Mario's up-tilt and up smash have pretty good priority, and I think for some characters you can repeatedly up-tilt to up-smash. What I do for Mario is approach with fire balls then d-smash or nair right after the opponents are hit by one in order to stun them for a bit. I used to main Mario, but I've given up hope as I usually always lose to the higher tiers. X_X

    Okay, thanks for the advice I suppose. I've aggresively been using grenades in the beginning due to people suggesting so as I barely used them when I first began Snake. And, I fell for your down-throw/f-smash at least three times in the last time.
    I'm also considering using Sonic, I surprisingly beat Zen's Kirby with him, but I have almost no mindgames and no idea how to use his cancelings effectively.
    Also, sorry for the bother for all the advice. If you have any questions about any characters that I sometimes use, (e.g. Mario) feel free to ask, albeit I'm no expert and you could probably find more useful information everywhere else on SWF.

    I fail at pivot grabbing D: Sometimes I mess up and can't even pivot grab with Falco.
    And I need to mix up my grenade game. Everytime I pull one out it's like a free grab for you.
