Anyone know why I might be having this problem? I have tried searching online but have not found anyone that has this same issue. This is obviously only an aesthetic annoyance but I have no idea why this is happening.

If it is people online you are looking to play, there are still people online in SF4, albeit much fewer due to SF5.
