This MU has changed over the course of the span of the games release. For a long time this MU was thought to be Lucario's hardest when it comes to his bad MUs.
Then progress.
Lucario has learned to avoid getting killed as much, edge guarding, juggling, and approaching. When played to the highest level of play working on perfecting these on Snake help Lucario get closer with Snake than with before. Snake struggles a bit when landing against Lucario than vice versa, getting back on stage can be a problem.
The MU is still bad though.
Snake still can wrack up damage very fast while remaining hard to get in from the ground. Grenades can stuff out Aura Sphere very well, Utilt makes approaching with fair and using dair much more risky that most MUs.
It was agreed to be a -1 due to how the MU has gotten easier from the Lucario side, but still not to the point of even. Snake remains to keep his advantage in this MU.
I'm sorry this took so long, my fault entirely, could you look it over for me and see if it is alright with you?

While the tier list will be updated before v3 comes out, we know the changes between each tier list won't be that pronounced. And the last match up chart was ordered by tier list as well.
Maybe its because I'm not using proper office that they're being massive douches about rehandling data, but ;\
Also, I'm not sure of how I would do the chart by average order without redoing everything in the excel spreadsheet. Unless it doesn't matter on some aesthetic things
