    Yeah, Sry I didn't get to answer you back yesterday. My question is, are you able to get a ride to Macon or Atlanta? It's going out of my way to get to you (about a 3-4 hour drive), but I'd be willing to take you if you can have a ride pick you up/drop you off at Macon.

    Hey I picked up falco as my main about 2 months ago I'll be needing a falco to ask questions to etc. I've been maining link since the game came out in japan but i've finally given up. I moved so i live close to HRNut so i'll have ample training against him but I'd like your wiicode and possibly your AIM so i can learn some new moves

    Yup lol. I've barely been playing any smashbros since Apex. Pogeymans is where it's at ^_^ Then again, I started competitive pokemon awhile ago, it's just that Pkm is now over > Melee/Brawl for now.

    Did he talk to nu (Wine on SmashBoards) about it? It's mostly about if there's space in his car.

    Yeah, I'm just trying to figure if it's winnable without ledgecamping. I don't especially want to spend half a game ledgecamping a lead.

    I think I need to punish phantasms harder for one.

    And yeah, close range falco wins, long range falco wins (Reflector/lasers) ROB has to keep the mid range, which is tough with all of Falco's spacing tools (DACUS, lasers, phantasm etc) I think if you abused phantasm more (without getting predictable) I'd have an even harder time approaching.

    I think we need to play more matches where I don't fair your shield. I need to stop doing that. I think ROBs advantage in this matchup is survivability... but I'm not taking advantage of that.

    Oh, and by winnable I don't mean it being an impossible matchup for ROB, I just meant more "close to neutral" - and it's pretty tough if ROB "has to run" and Falco can outcamp him... though he only really has to run if the falco is playing like yours. And I'm still looking for a way out of those sick dthrow followups. It seems like it's guaranteed though.

    I'm thinking I need more matchup experience before I can say either way though, do you play many ROBs OOS or anything?

    I'm wondering what you think about the ROB matchup overall... I used to think ROB/Falco was pretty even/sided to ROB's because a.) No chain grab, b.) Easy to gimp. However after a few of our sets... ROB gets set up from chain grabs easy for "combos", and a smart falco is a lot harder to gimp.

    I think for ROB to win he has to ledgecamp(because the ledge is such a favorable position for him here, and getting off of it is hard for him), and I think our games would be even more one sided if you decided to play campier...

    Versed Corpsecreate in friendlies today.

    Didn't go too well, but your tips about close combat helped. Shorthopping behind him and then grabbing worked wonders because he always seemed to put his shield up.

    Otherwise I couldn't really do anything because of all this projectiles and aerials he was using, I was just really pressured. Next time I get vids vsing him, I'll let you know ;)
