They're only suggestions, really. "The following procedure will help ensure your entrance in a timely manner." You don't HAVE to do all that, but someone who does do all that will most definitely get in. Someone who doesn't do all that will still get in depending on the quality of what they have done. Like yourself, I'd wager you'll get in once we get some of the other DH members to take a look at ya, they've been away for a bit prolly due to school starting back up, etc.
