I assign it. But it's usually based on something you show interest in. ^_^
No, it is not too late to submit an application.
The frame map is not for SH's, it is to be assigned once your application is filled out.

You should ask JOE! for some BBrawl wifi matches. He's on the East Coast and I think he would like being relieved from playing me, who lives on the exact opposite end of the country.
LI: Joined to troll me because he lost a tourney match in Melee. He was completely butthurt about the entire situation, and i haven't seen him on since.
Super Cola: Is just another friend that joined to Wi-Fi and such.
Fwop: He joined on request because he IS attending a smash event with me this Saturday, so you have no confident proof that i created an alternate account under his name. God knows he wanted to troll out the girl that i like upon his join, so it just proves my point further.

You shouldn't even leave yourself open like that, so i leave you with a light punishment: If i wanted to say i was good, i'd post a blog myself and get infracted. You're trying to say that my friend signing up and writing a blog about me being a good player completely in his opinion makes me look better of a player? Quite frankly, it should make me look worse.

May i clarify that my friends are prominently stupid and will refer to anyone they know upon their introduction.
May you point out where i was called the best smasher ever? I'm the only person he actually plays offline, and all of our matches in in a 2 or 3 stock by me.
Referrals are marked when you are referred to by a member during their sign-up phase. I can point out the 3 members i know that have refereed to me, numerous times. Learn to study before you confront.
You should really really lighten the load on yourself and stop trying to hop to conclusions.
Kinda means that i'm actually getting friends of mine to take up Smashing as a hobby, and if it means them signing up to the boards, so be it.
My friend joined on the 4th. May i point this out to be Saturday.

If you really wanna become a moderator, be responsible and make sure to help people out on the boards you attend the most, just don't mini-mod. The admins don't like that.
Thing is, both of those were moderators when they asked for it.
Yet members do it very often in a way very similar to yours. I still think it's a good way to never become a mod. ._.
