tl;dr
its like how your record matches except instead of hitting record you have a dazzle connecting the computer, wii and tv together and it is showing live on ustream what is being shown on tv. then you use a mic to talk while your tv is being livestreamed.
confusing as hell but much easier to understand if you saw how a dazzle looked like. lol

livestream: get a capyure device called a dazzle, plug dazzle into computer, plug red,white and yellow plugs from wii into other side of dazzle, go to livestream site like ustream.com and start streaming your wii.

most of the time i'll talk to my SWF friends IRL at tourneys or sometimes me and HOR + some of my OTL tourney entrant friends hang out in a ladder xat chat. every once in a while me or someone else puts up a livestream to stream brawl or some other game and the stream can talk to everyone else while streaming matches ir whatever else is playing on their wii. i haven't talked last time i streamed but i probably will next time.
plus if i ever skyped with you it would be soooooooooooo awkward.

it'll probably never happen. if i was mad i'd just ignore the person i was mad at, randomly delete VMs (doesn't work if the person i'm mad at can read deleted vms >.>) or just close my wall and leave SWF for a week or longer.
