I find MK alot harder to fight than Snake, probably cuz of the speed and the priority. With Snakes, its pretty easy to get close to them by aerial camping, then start doin some U-tilts and on with the combos. All of Snake's moves are slower than Kirby's, besides his U-tilt, but that's just 1...

Im pretty sure a nicely spaced final cutter will get him out of his fishbowl N-air, but its too risky and i've never tried. It sounds good tho. I dont mean the shockwave part, i mean the actual sword.

So i just came back from a pretty big tournament, like 50 people, and my outcome was one not to be desired. But what i noticed was that all the contenders' mains varied only between Meta Knight Snake, and G&W. I lost to a crazy MK, it was actually M2K (mew2king), yes, the M2K. My luck...

I personally use Y cuz thats how i started to play, but maybe the position of the button in relation to the A button helps technique. Even people I Smash closely with have variations in this. Not sure if its a huge difference, but are there advantages to either/or?

maybe t!mmy dropped Kirby for G&W. that's what alot of the Melee Kirbys tend to do for some reason after playing with Kirby for a while. But yeah, every Kirby is different somehow, in some aspect, unless u fight with the same Kirby over and over again and become his pseudo-clone (Deg!). <_<.

zelda has trouble approaching Kirby, she relies on her great range, so try to get in her face, make her panic. Dodge her projectiles/taunt to make her come to u and put the beatdown with ur superior physical moves. Snake?.... iono. Stay in the air, it's good for u.

yea, u rely too much on starting ur next kill with throws...it's like all u do when they're at 0% is grab. sometimes u gotta fight regularly and be unpredictable. Also, lay off on the laggy moves, u do way too much smashes, and u will get punished easily.
