    Ah, alright, well, if any interest does come up, even maybe just from people farther north, let me know. It'll be right near the border and about as good as a Texas tournament can get.

    I know this is a while later, but are any of the players from around there still interested in coming up for the tournament on July 8/9?

    Actually, ignore that last message. Sort of. I'm trying to push for an event in McAllen on July 8-9 with a $500 pot bonus. It's not guaranteed that the circuit will be cool with it, but I don't see how they can't be. If it doesn't get into the circuit, the event probably won't happen, so fingers crossed. I'll let you know ASAP.

    It's part of the Lone Star Circuit and will be in Kingsville, near Corpus Christi. The date will either be September 3 or 17, I'll have a confirmation within the next two weeks or so. There will probably be other smaller events throughout the summer in McAllen or Brownsville, if that also interests them.

    Cool cool. Thanks, man. A couple of the guys that used to play with us were from Matamoros, but they didn't know anything about the rest of the country's Brawl scene. Monterrey doesn't seem like it'd be too far of a stretch to come to an event that should represent nearly all of Texas in September. Tampico... is about as far away as the rest of Texas is from us x)

    Because I come from close to the border in Texas. And you mentioned you were a TO and I've always wanted to try getting some Mexico attendance here. But that's quite a ways away. Although it's probably the closest US tourney to you all, if you ever wanted to come. Would you happen to know of any scene farther north that might be interested?

    Yo, i was wondering if you could help me with something- This winter, im planning to go visit some family over in La Paz, Baja California, and i was wondering if it was possible for you to help me find some Brawl/Melee players over there. reason being, i want to get to know the mexican smash community a bit. Id look myself (i even have an account at i think SmashMex Forums) but to be completely honest, im almost illiterate when it comes to spanish :(

    Honestly, when I started them I really wanted to help out and actually do something, but all of those people that came in just *****ed about MK completely depleted my motivation. They're all yours. I'd rather be someone who posts in them then the owner tbh. Good luck :)

    I use dazzle + Pinnacle Studio 12. My quaility tool forever to load since I recorded too high of a quaility making the files soo big ._. but if you want that I can help...
