I ended up getting my presents early, got the Palutena Amiibo/ a few games. I got Overwatch on PS4, but I'm an idiot and didn't realize I needed I needed to pay separately to actually play online, rip me. I also don't have a job to pay for online services, but I'm looking for one.

I ended up getting my presents early, got the Palutena Amiibo/ a few games. I got Overwatch on PS4, but I'm an idiot and didn't realize I needed I needed to pay separately to actually play online, rip me. I also don't have a job to pay for online services, but I'm looking for one.

Shoulda asked for a PC to play WaifuWatch on instead, sis. Now you'll never know the joy of being an underpaid babysitter who loses 5 unappreciative children in under 15 seconds.

Or even better, being overwhelmed with total adoration from the enemy team as 4 or more surprise you! And of course, they were only able to do so because the 5 people - despite you constantly watching their backs simultaneously - didn't have your back.

The Bravely Default talk reminds me I should try and pick up a copy some day. I liked the demo and I missed my chance of picking up a limited edition or whatever it was called that came with its OST. Bravely Default's OST is amazing. Similar screw up cost me a chance to get Dragon's Crown's artbook.

Watched a ton of fighting game stuff. One, I would like Yun-seong to come back or a similar character to replace him in a sequel to Soul Calibur. I don't know why they cut him in Soul Calibur V and pretty much nobody had his style unlike the next generation like Natsu to Taki or Lexia to Xianghua. Also, Seong Mi-na 'cause halberd weapons are cool. Two, Virtua Fighter... has anyone here played it? I know next to nothing about it other than it exists, it's a 3D fighter, and 3 guest fighters appeared in DoA5. Speaking of unknown-ness, there was an Xbox fighting game that was pulled, recalled, because of a controversy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kakuto_Chojin:_Back_Alley_Brutal. I don't remember how I know this, so I'm going to blame it on TVTropes.

Continuing the fighting game theme, searched "ike na" which is -- maybe how it's phonetically spelled -- what K' says for Second Shoot in KoF XIV on YouTube. Got what I'd describe as Hawaiian reggae in the results: "He Kanaka" by Ka'ikena Scanlan. Pretty sweet, my yutes.

Two, Virtua Fighter... has anyone here played it? I know next to nothing about it other than it exists, it's a 3D fighter, and 3 guest fighters appeared in DoA5.

I have. It was one of basically three videos games me and my friends would play at the arcade; the others being those beat 'em up co-op X-Men and Simpsons arcade games. We loved those three games to death. Tangentially, it was only those three before we'd go play non-video games or something because I always won racing games.

DoA's history with Virtua Fighter actually goes all the way back to the first DoA being built on top of the Virtua Fighter game engine. As such DoA can sort of be considered a spiritual successor in that sense, though they've differentiated themselves a good amount what with it's iconic multi layered stages and danger zones.

The easiest way to play VF now would probably be getting Yakuza 6 for the PS4; it has a fully playable (two player at that) version of VF5.
