I had to pause on the part where Gadolt dies (apparently) protecting the party from the awakening of Mechonis because lol it's almost 5 am, BUT **** THIS **** IS TIGHT, MAN. I'm so sad I wasn't able to play this :'D.

Okay, so, I see I'm still like... AT THE VERY LEAST 10 hours of actual gameplay away from finishing the story. What should I do, try and get the game again or keep on watching?

I mean, I'd love to play it but I'm also so into it right now, and I'm sure there's gonna be plot twist after plot twist after this. DECISIONS, DECISIONS.

Over the past couple months he's started hating the characters I play more and more and our play sessions have gotten shorter and shorter. Recently, I've purposefully avoiding my best characters (who just so happen to be the ones he likes fighting the least) for the most part so he doesn't get frustrated/exhausted after a handful of matches.

What's even worse is the fact that playing with me seems to suck the fun out of this game for him. For a while he's been pretty moody about Smash 4, saying things like "The characters other people main make mine unfun to play" and "I feel punished for playing the few characters I DO enjoy, and I hate that". Then, a couple weeks ago when I took a break from Smash due to personal reasons, he suddenly stopped making comments like those. He picked up more characters. He started having more fun with the ones he already liked. He was enjoying the game again.

And now that my break is over, he's returned to being all kinds of moody. I've thought that maybe we shouldn't continue to play together for a while, but now I'm certain that we should stop. He practically forces himself to play with me and he rarely has fun when we do so why bother at this point?

In other, less "sad" news, I forgot how good Shadow the Edgehog's soundtrack was. Sure, there are some flat-out BAD songs in there (Almost Dead is the worst vocal theme ever) but there are some great ones, too. Lethal Highway gets my head bobbing every single time, and hearing Lost Impact for the first time was the closest that game ever got to making me feel anything lol.

Hmmm I want to play around more with Squall more. I'm p sure that Flare and Strike are the best in their group. They aren't like broken in anyway but out of the other customs. They're much more useful and better. When I was playing @SBphiloz4 whenever I missed rest, when he tried to elevator. I could just hold left or right and it would completely miss. I think a lot of people just don't know that it can be DIed, once people find out. Farore's Wind won't be that good offensively anymore. I want Squall to develope and advance so that when people learn to DI the elevator, we have another option,

Dtilt has 24F of endlag though, compared to Ftilt's 19F.

You probably didn't mean that literally but, just to be safe, he's on my level as is. He just really hates the characters I play (The characters that rustle his jimmies the most are Mario, Custom Palutena, Fox, Sonic in that order) and to be fair his seem to have some pretty bad matchups against mine. There isn't much I can do besides play characters I rarely touch.

Also, he's salty by nature (he's kinda known for it) and I highly doubt that's going to change anytime soon. He gets **** from our circle of friends all the time, haha. He's a cool guy overall tho!

I don't enjoy fighting these in friendlies:

Especially the first 3, but you should tell your friend to 'chill, its only friendlies'. I play a friend who gets salty too, but that's because he gets irate after losing and he beats himself up whenever he fails at something in or out of video games.

I try to avoid playing the ones i listed because i wanna have fun. Using those characters will lead to tedious BS with me timing their asses out. 8 ****ing mins man 8!!!

Edit: Oh with customs the list doubles, that's why i semi-quit.

Just played some J-Stars today (Well, only looked at the replays and tried to do a 100% combo I found with Gintoki a while ago), and tried to play Tokyo Jungle again. I keep on dying to the Lions as a Tiger. I keep on forgetting there's no boss in their territory so I have to take each one out separately. ;_;
