Well apparently Goofy's voice acting for the English version is already done? :(
Still confused on that deal. Also, no idea what they'll do since Leonard Nimoy is dead and we need a new Xehanort. : \

I, II -> PS2

CoM -> GBA

BBS -> PSP

Dream Drop Distance -> 3DS

Coded, 358/2 -> DS

III -> PS4/Xbone

So not counting remakes or the HD collections that's how spread out the series is =V

Though I suppose in that case Coded is a mobile game so yeah.
Thank god the HD Collections are making it easier for newer fans. I remember when i got into the series back in 2012 with 3D and i saw how spread out it was and i'm like, "Nope, never gonna be able to play all of these games". And then a year later 1.5 was announced and i was so hyped. : P

Kingdom Hearts is pretty good, but it's mostly because of the whole crossover with Disney and Square. That's what got me interested at first. I mean, who would have came up with that idea?

The reason i got into it to begin with was because i played 3D's demo and the gameplay was so freaking fun. I love Action Adventure games, and i love RPG's, so this was the best of both worlds IMO. The awesome and complex story (well, minus 3D ****ing up the continuity and using a stupid plot device to set up III) was an added bonus since i love those kinds of plots. KH probably would be my favorite RPG series if it wasn't for the likes of Mother/Earthbound and Xenoblade honestly.

Man I just fought a really good Shulk in the ladder that was really quick with switching the arts but even though I won the first match quite throughly I lost the set because the lag made me drop tons of inputs >_>

Does Zelda have a dead zone with her Dash Attack? Some dude played with some characters including Zelda, Mario, and Little Mac. First off, his Little Mac was basically butthurt mode and reacting to Little Mac with a character with a slow grab and slow dash is freaking annoying. Mario basically abused the fact he has little to no end lag on his moves along with having fast moves. Up Smash everything, Down Smash everything, and Dair everything. Did I mention there was a ton of rolling? 99% of the movement was rolling. Anyway, back to Zelda, apparently he was able to whiff a Dash Attack despite it clearly supposed to connect and then I Side Smashed him and ended his stock. I even have the replay since I wasn't so sure what the hell happened.

Oh, and screw Mr. Game & Watch's Dash Attack. It's even worse than Jigglypuff where you can spam all day long and I swear there's disjoints on both of their Dash Attacks. Seriously, it's already fast and lingers, why the hell does it need a disjoint?! Freaking Bacon is the stupidest edgeguarding tool since it's all random with where the freaking food flies out. All I wanted to do was have fun and play as Sonic, but nope, the world has to troll me and give me input lag and opponents who cheesed the hell out of me. And of course the Sonic I fight spams roll and wins. DID I MENTION HE DIDN'T EVEN DASH WITH SONIC? It was roll or Spin Dash/Charge! Oh, and apparently, you can fall out of Sonic's Up Smash and guess how I know?! YES, I HAD SOMEONE FALL OUT OF SONIC'S ORBITAL SMASH!!!

Also, can Captain Falcon and Ganondorf reverse Falcon Dive and Dark Dive? I was able to pull one off and killed someone trying to edgeguard me. After watching the replay, I did a regular Falcon Dive, but Captain Falcon just snapped behind him and grabbed. Speaking of the Capt., his Gentleman is so goddamned good. It's hilarious and disgusting that you can get away with racking up 120% just by Gentlemaning. I decided to mess around and just use his Gentleman and yeah, it works even on good players who know what they're doing since it's that good. My escapades of messing around with Captain Falcon has lead me to finding out his foxtrot and Gentleman are stupidly good. Foxtrots alone can replace his roll and the mindgames you can pull of with is just stupid. Oh, you're going to do something? Foxtrot pivot Raptor Boost. Toon Link's foxtrot is good, but has nothing compared to the Capt.'s stupidtrot.

Unrelated to this: RAR Bairs are the truth along with Uair clipping through the stage which only (good) Samus players ever do. I don't or rarely see other character do it like Ganondorf, Captain Falcon, Marth, Lucina, Zelda, (Dr.) Mario, Luigi, Meta Knight. Kirby, Triple D, Falco, and ZSS all have Uairs that can clip through the ledge and considering the power on Ganondorf's Uair, it's a nasty ledge cover. Hell, even Fox can do this along with Ike, but the end lag might kill Ike if he screws up.

See, not to sound too mean but the KH series is taking SO long both English and Japanese voice actors for Master Xehanort have passed away.

I've seen Ganons use it, but the problem is his double jump is so bad he can't land on stage and is forced to grab the ledge again after a ledge drop double jump uair, so if he doesn't get a hit he's getting punished hard for trying.

I don't have any real way to set it up on 3DS, but if you go to the ledge from above its horizontal plane your ledgesnap doesn't have vulnerability, letting you slip past Luma.

It's a pretty nifty/brutal trick against any passive low recovery though.
Hm I should practise that. For some reason it's way easier to do in Melee out of the 3 games.

Mario's Dash Attack is also stupidly disjointed and annoying.
No, it just lingers for all hell which is what allows it to catch people after they grab the ledge.

I meant while recovering. So, Ganondorf's drifting back and he doesn't need to use Dark Dive to recover this time, well, most players because of the input lag and otherwise will stand there at the ledge. He can Uair them and then recover with Dark Dive. If they're at a high percent, it'll kill and if not, then it's free damage and a punish for being so passive and stupid at the ledge. It's something that if I see people being stupid, then I will Uair them with Falco, Captain Falcon, Ganondorf, etc.

Has anyone else had double jumps randomly disappear? I've just lost two games because of it.
It happens sometimes. Either because I press X or Y too quickly (for some reason), or I try going off-stage but I don't notice that I slipped off the edge and used my second jump already while confusing it as my first jump in the process.

Yeah, it gets annoying.

Dittos don't prove anything when it comes to determining "who's better". Just saying.
No but really, he had a much better control over Greninja than I do, I couldn't really do anything because he was tech chasing me like crazy.

I never really lost a ditto this badly before =V

Getting clobbered with your own character is really humiliating. I don't see very many Rosa's but usually they're good and some are leagues ahead of me.

It sucks. But it happens. but don't give up! analyze how they fought and incorporate the techniques into your matches. Practice and don't get discouraged! You're a really good Greninja so practice to beat him and be the best!

I'm not really discouraged, if anything left me discouraged it's less that and more the fact that I just went from having a 6 win streak to having a 4 set losing streak and so my position on the rank went back to 26th again >_>

Does this mean going for a high angle recovery is technically better so that you ignore the 1 frame vulnerability? D:
It is from the ledgesnap perspective, but of course you're leaving yourself vulnerable on the way to the ledge recovering like that.

Of course, you don't have to worry about something like that if you're Zelda~

You sounded kinda down. I wanted to cheer you up! it's one of the few things i'm good at doing. That being said you'll make it back to 25th place soon enough.

(If I get annoying with all my pep talks just say so)

Yeah, seeing it from Zelda's perspective was the biggest focus. The rest of my characters don't have much choice tbh. Although, if Rosalina is stuck doing her jab, Villager might be able to balloon trip over her and land semi-safely.

Or just go under the stage and ledge snap on the other side, lol.

Ness and Mii Brawler are ****ed, though, hahaha.

So I'm wasting my time trying out Fox in the "lab"; spamming the **** out of BAir because why not. Eh.
