The Roster looks good, but there are flaws....
First, Squirtle over Pikachu is a bad idea. You insulted Pikachu fans.
Second, you did to Ness by doing the same thing!
Trubbish, He doesn't have any moveset potential and he is one-dimensional!
Also you killed Andross with stupid Mechanical Arwing...
Also, other character that you put like Dr. Shrunk or Callie and Marie are extremely out of place and they are bad candidates!
Also, Ted and Archie along with Dr. Kawashima are two of unrealistic picks that I've ever seen.

HWYR if Arwing was playable, but it had design based on Star Fox Zero?

(It's my opinion, so I could change mind if I find about their movesets)

Anyway:
I would be cool for my most wanted characters, but removing Kirby and Pacman is a total exaggeration.

Paul does seem like a weird one to pick out considering he's basically a swordsman and Dune has lot of gadgets to pull from and there are talk show hosts on that list. Though you're unaware so that's fair.

It's an idea I've allways liked but would probably feel a lot less special now. Mixed feelings.

Only Sonic bothers me for little bit, because I'm afraid that he would cross-contaminate with Olympics and Smash. Also, he could possibly kill the purpose of having "Sonic and SEGA Allstars Racing" games, which they were good.
But anyway, like I said earlier, it would be cool.

I feel like Capcom's side is a bit too heavy on the fighting game characters. And Felicia and Akuma feel like base game characters to me. Amingo is a very cool choice though. Not much to say on the Nintendo side, though.
