Seems like everybody ignored this post. (probably because of the font, which I removed [no offense]) This only applies if you follow the wrong kind of astrology.So has no one actually looked anything up on this. Your sign has only changed if you follow "sidereal" which is an indian version of astrology It actually follows constellations, which is always moving and thus changing. If you follow the western/tropical zodiac then nothing has changed.

Your chart has Aries and Aquarius as the same thing, pretty sure the date for Aries is wrong.
Never really cared about this anyway though, when you're born doesn't affect your personality or daily life. Horoscopes are even worse.

Wait, my birthday might now be associated with an entirely different group of stars that some guy decided made for a good game of connect-the-dots? I can sense my personality changing already. On the plus side, as an Aquarius, I was apparently supposed to have trouble with my circulatory system. Maybe as a Capricorn I'll feel warmer when I go skiing.
