I would not call Kansas dead at this point, just small.

Lux and I started CoS to grow the smash scene, and it's working so far. At the moment we are expanding our roots and networking to get more people involved, and we already have roots in 4 towns/cities in the kc area. Also, the whole thing with 14 people interested in attending the same OoS tournament kinda speaks for itself as well

Was going to add Overswarms tournament with MX and Hades... but the results kinda confused me. Any of you two want to fill me in on it? Also, anything else I'm missing?

Side notes: So yeah... an update finally. Though I doubt any of you were ecstatic or anticipating it all that much.

I just decided to throw all of 08 and 09 results in a collapse tag since 90% of those players have moved on from Smash already.
Still not sure how to go about with this thread, either just keep updating it like this, or change rules around as this game slowly, but surely, dies off.
Changed rules to accepting all Tournament results, along with entrants needed for a shiny green name. Oooooooh~!

Anyways... yeah no results from me cause, well I don't have money, and when I do, it's to go out and eat with friends during the Weekdays where tournaments don't normally start up, or other smaller bills I need to pay like Wastewater electricity etc.
So yeah, only thing I can say is I'm taking a short hiatus like Firefly. So don't expect much activity from me outside of maybe a tournament in SA anytime soon, I should hopefully be back into the TX scene fully again once it's September. (though in August there is WHOBO 4 and San Japan I'll be hosting with Espy)

Again, nothing this month most likely, two in August and September hopefully a few tournaments I can start attending in my scene. Hell, I might even start hosting my own things in SA.

I hope I get good results,and my second is prepared to any Falco or R.O.B... (At least I think he is...)

I know that the R.O.B MU is not that bad,but I hate to play against a R.O.B with Yoshi,I don't know what to do on this MU...

I did decent at this. Played well for the most part but I did choke in some matches. I got 2nd seed in my bracket pool beating some people and KirinBlaze and Pane. Got to play Fatal for GF's of the pool but got 0-2'd. The set got me a little salty. The first game I was literally in the lead for the entire game. I was making amazing reads and whatnot but Snake was Snake and lived up to almost 200% last stock and he killed me at like 110% with a stupid dthrow to read to uptilt. Second game he pretty much had the lead throughout the whole game but I brought it back in the end putting him at like 120. But then up tilt again killing me at 150ish. I love you snake's up tilt. I ended up getting 13th in the end earning me ONE whopping Apex point. Whoopeee.

Went mostly Bowser, but used Yoshi for 3 games of the 10 I won the whole tournament, 1 of which in Winner Finals and the other 2 in Grand Finals, so thought I might as well post it.

Once again I was one simple game away from my goal xD I beat JoeST and after that played Salem. He bodied me game 1 with a solid 2 stock. I won the second game in Delfino with me at low percent last stock. Third game he started off strong but I got an early gimp on him while I was still on my first stock below 50ish. At this point I thought I had the set, but Salem did some cute stuff and eventually got the lead back killing my last stock with down smash stun to spike. Salem is insane lmao.
