Well yeah, Japan is very bias towards things like pokemon. Of course they would give it a perfect.

They aren't, Black & White are the first Pokemon games to receive the perfect score.

I don't know, I general the dragon evo line of each gen is pretty rare even for the anime, I know Ash has a Gible but I don't think one of the main characters would start off with such a powerfull pokemon to-be.

And priority can't save Rampardos. As long a Steel exists period, Rampardos can't be saved.

Also just when I start to love Tauros, they bring in something 10 times more awesome. My blackness prevents me from not using him.
