Luckily I don't play too many people who john overly much, but yesterday I discovered some new smashers who apparently could "ABSOLUTELY DESTROY ME!!!1111oneone!!111", so I promtly issued a challenge...

The worst one I remember is my friend saying "I haven't played anyone good in forever..." I mean, it's true, but it's not an excuse to fail at having any tech skill... his Marth, which apparently got amazing, lost to my Shiek, which isn't any good...

A few days ago while throwing down some friendlies someone said something during my match, and right after he said it I started to talk and then lost, and said

my favorite excuse is when i play my friend who plays dr mario. when i sandbag he says how good he is with him and when i try he tries to find all the things that are cheap about peach and all the things bad about dr. mario, and he also says i sheildgrab too much

the funniest thing i've seen(off topic of ssbm). My cousins like cool you have gh3. i like yeah, wanna play? he goes sure. I say to him what difficulty? He goes I play on expert. Then he goes I haven't played in a month. I go, ok if you play on expert just try hard till you get used to it again. He goes lemme play on easy. he got to medium and failed bulls on parade. I was just like -.- and he wuz like DX

i met a whole bunch of new smashers in college, one of which thought he was the geatest player ever, when i beat him he said, "you cant win without all that wavedashing".
(he didnt even know what it was until he played me)
we play again, i dont wavedash this time, and he gets 5 stocked. i was rofl.

well thats because I was putting the pressure on, dominating the entire match and didn't give you any room to "get started" lol. no johns
"I don't even know all the moves you're doing!" at the same time as I'm trying to learn them wavedashing and L-canceling, but then they just get pissed when I try to tell them how to di it because they can't do it first try.

When I beat my friend he always complains that I'm using the luxury controller and he has to use the sexy rugged controller. My luxury controllers are just regular controllers are regular controllers with the joystick caps chewed off by his brothers
