I was talking about its pathing issues. xD Heroic Leap hits pretty hard now in comparison to Cata-level, I agree.

JTB, you're looking at about 400-500k health on average, possibly way more if you have the gear.

Not sure on the specifics, but Ele shamen are a lot better.

Ele shammies are pretty good now. They can do lots of damage when their Mastery (Elemental Overload/Echo of Elements) is stacked. They're still not quite as mobile, however, and they (still) lack utility. Take that as you will.

Unfortunately, Frost Mages are still braindead and as powerful as ever. Hell, all caster classes are pretty dumb right now in PvP. Shadow priests are the new benchmark for annoying. Fears for days and days and days, with next to no diminishing returns.

All-in-all, things are not terribly IMBA, but there's probably a battery of changes coming soon thanks to the start of the new season.

as a warrior with bad pvp gear purchasing decisions (have nearly a full set of gear minus rings/wep (have to get 7200 conquest for this season <__<)) and yet when it comes down to it i'm like... nah i dont need a trinket i have berserker rage for fears and i really want that 4 set for 70% speed boost after heroic leap for SUPER BLADESTORM


i hate frost mages because i cant trinket ****






on the other hand second wind is ****ing broken when combined with definsive stance + glyph of mortal strike LOL

Jeez, they're already announcing content that'll be up on the 5.1 test realms. A lot of it is expected (Pet battle additions, new quest zones to develop the Horde vs Ally war, but this was new.

I rerolled from Detheroc, not bringing any characters with. Detheroc was a joke. Atleast I can say I played with Towellie the famous WoW streamer a few times when he was on Detheroc. Surprisingly that server had a lot of famous people on it before they transferred. So I just made a Panda Monk and started new on Bleeding Hollow Horde and I'm an 18 panda monk currently

Elemental Shaman are terrible now. Low DPS in PvE, and absolutely no utility in PvP either. One of the worst classes for 1 vs 1 combat now.

Playing a Priest now too. Like what I'm seeing with Holy/Discipline. This game is addicting.

Going to roll a Warrior soon. Should be fun, my first Melee class.

Monks are everywhere. And overrated.

one of my friends is a die-hard ele shaman and he still tops dps charts like its nothing lol i think they're fine (in pve anyways...)


but in pvp they are kinda weak

enhancement tho

monks are annoying as **** i was dueling one on my warrior and i executed him like 4 times before realizing he used touch of karma or w/e bull**** it is that reflects 100% of damage so i killed myself MAD hard

Monks are a ****ing troll class. They're kinda...busted, mechanically-speaking (Windwalkers mostly, not so much Brewmasters and Mistweavers). But someone that knows the ins-and-outs can make them work well enough. I think it's the learning curve that mostly hinders the potential of the class.

Ele shamans aren't as a terrible as ya'll are making them out to be. They're definitely one of the weakest of the caster classes, sure, but they're not abysmal or anything. You just gotta think on your toes, drop totems, and keep moving. You can't sit there and freecast safely like a Frost Mage or Warlock can.

Same thing can be said about Boomkins, too.

Of course everyone is going to be trying monks. They just came out and we've had 8 years to play all the other classes, except DK of course

Monks aren't as user friendly though. I'm not ready to call them the hardest class to play, but there is a much bigger curve when you compare them to something like a mage.

Elemental is terrible, just -terrible- against any class that is Melee. We can't wind shear to interrupt, just stuns and silences galore. We literally need to get the glyph allowing you to run while casting LB if you want to survive more than 10 seconds.

But I do agree with the rest though. I sometimes forget to use totems <Earthbind > Ghost Wolf > when I'm getting ganked, as there are simply so many options to choose from, and most of them mediocre at best.

Boomkins never stand still, those DOT's. They are also really good for BG's/RBG's now and 1 vs 1 too. Lots of utility and freedom in playstyle versatility.

Ysondre seems like a pretty fun server. But I like Deathwing. Medium population, PvP oriented, it's nice. No RBG's though, I'd quit 3's in a heartbeat if I could find a solid, reliable team.

Ehhhhhhh. Rogues are doing...okay. If I had to say there's a mediocre DPS class in PvP, it'd be them.

Assassination is the way to go this time around. It does the most damage atm. Blizz ground Sub into dust and Combat is kinda middling.

Beware Arms Warriors and BM Hunters right now. You will be much safer when 5.1 drops. lol
