I had to work but that is okay I did get to visit family after. I got to see my Uncle after not seeing him for 3 years! Got some pretty sweet things and I spent quite a bit on everyone else which is a first (I was in college and working at McDonalds the past 2 years so yeah that didn't work...) Feels good man.

Merry Christmas Wofls <3

Merry xmas fellows, I had a great day with my family and got some cool games. Paper Mario Sticker Star, Resident Evil 4 (Wii), and Pandemic (an awesome boardgame). Glad I don't have work tomorrow also so I can see my family more.

You have never seen a picture of me ^ _ ^

So I guess wolf does lift in the bottom right of the second picture.

I need to practice drawing real wolfs. A big reason why I haven't posted as many Wolf pics as human characters is my lack of experience. Good pics :)

I though Wolf had a scanner but could see out of both his eyes. Maybe the patch is his scanner like #2 in Austen Powers.

I know but it's not consistent in Assault and Brawl so I think it might be a hidden scanner.

In Star Fox 2 (that was never releaed) he had a scar.
In Assault and Brawl he got his Scanner.

But i think he has the eyes on the texture because of lazyness.

Happy New Year Wofls :p

What I did for New Years was I worked from 7-3:30pm. Stayed home for a couple hours then went back to the casino to see Eddie Money. It was a free show and it was awesome! He did an amazing job and the best part was he sang three songs twice. After the New Years Celebration, he sang the songs again because people were hella drunk and were loving it and were cheering more. It was really fun. Now I have to get up in 5 hours to clean all of the confetti and the mess up. Joy : \

My New Years Eve was meh, didn't do anything really, but that's fine. It's just another day, and I have a lot to look forward to so no big deal :p

Anyway, we got snow here finally. We needed the moisture and it was nice to have a white christmas. The downside is less out of state people attended the Brawl tournament. I cannot play P:M to save my life :[.

Why do we have 'cannot' as a word when 'can't' and 'can not' are already words?

Because we like the English language to be as complicated as possible.

After playing Neo :metaknight:/:marth:, Logic :olimar:, Takeover :snake:, and TheTantalus :metaknight:/:rob: I am ready for Apex. Neo picked :wolf: and showed me how good his CQC jab mixup game/punish game was O_O. It's really good because it puts characters like :metaknight:/:olimar: in the air, does 9%, and saves our Bair/Fair for kill moves. Neo just sucks at recovering as :wolf: loool.

I worked on my wait game vs :metaknight: as well as my punish game, rolling when nado is killing my shield, long range/short range game, ability to get back on stage, never airdodging, and Dtilt usage. Dtilt is broken...And Ftilt spaced correctly is disgusting...:wolf:'s ground game is hella underrated.

yup :wolf: ground options are so good that one of my friends who was once a top pika main now wants to start using him. dtlit is a good poke move and i think if we could master ftilt, :wolf: wouldbe more amazing since it is so safe if you do it at the furthest distance

So basically, you're saying that against any character, you want to try punishing spotdodges with dtilt because it's the safest if you miss?

I mean, it is the safest if I miss. Though I'd rather use Dtilt on just short characters that don't have an amazing grab game. Using it vs :snake:/:dedede: is terrible.

lol

"We should use d-tilt more because it has range and is safer"

It's 2013. We should probably redo the "How to play wolf" thread with useful things like that.

DLA and Kain both frowned upon my jab usage and told me I should grab more but grab is REALLY unsafe :(

Fresh-f-tilt vs airdodge is a win for us, it kills.

I Usmash to punish dodges. It lasts a good amount of time.

Is jab canceling a good tactic for Wolf to do often or is it easily punished?

Grab is always the best option if you can do it for every character because it affects the opponents positioning. :wolf:'s Dthrow does 12%+Pummels=13-14% every grab unless you somehow stale. Dthrow also allows follow ups like laser or a tech chase.

I use dtilt on my enemy's landing when I think they will be able to punish fsmash and when they are out of usmash range

And also for gimping

Mainly gimping though
