No, you have to get Unkown to lv 100 with a Wailord and Relicanth in your party and then he evolves into Missingno.

Unown should know Ancientpower in addition to Hidden Power. I remember in the original GSC, my friend told me that when Unown reached level 100 it learned Ancientpower.

He also told me Ancientpower had a 100% chance to raise all of your stats l_l

Well, if you had 6 Unown's in your party and this ability raised every stat of Unown's for each Unown in your party, that's a +6 in every category, so...

Unown's base stats: 48/72/48/72/48/48 Speed last.

At level 100 (Specs Set from smogon)

238/162/132/267/132/195

+6 (due to 6 Unown's, including the original if that counts) = x4 for every stat (bar HP, so)

Attack: 648
Defense: 528
Sp. Att: 1068
Sp. Def: 528
Speed: 780

Ridiculous, no? Even with +1 Unown's capabilities are lulzy.

This move was probably given to Feebas to make a Milotic more common to have Attract. (Milotic was intended to be top tier of Beauty) Either that, or reverse phycology.

Just because something isn't 'beautiful' doesn't mean it cannot learn Attract.

Attraction is used, for us, as an intense liking of someone, right? Usually someone who appeals with with a 'beautiful' look or personality, possibly a blend between the two.

However, in nature, moths and such might appear to be ugly as ****, yet they attract each other via pheromones. Attraction does occur in nearly everything.
