I most likely will main as Sonic, I really like the way he moves so differently than everyone else in brawl. He is going to be hard to predict. However, if I just plain suck as Sonic, as play as Metaknight, Link, Kirby, or Lucario.

In Melee my mains were Peach and Samus and I plan on continuing using them. But out of the new ones I am really excited to play as Diddy, Olimar, and Pit. I also want to pick up Yoshi, because I started getting into him, but not completely, in Melee.

The two new ones that I plan on maining (in addition to my other two from Melee) are Meta Knight and Wolf. I'm not sure if I'd main the third parties, but they are definately on my list as choices for casuals, since not only are they two of my favorite game characters (just a coincidence, really), but they both look like alot fun in their own right, if I end up getting good enough as them, I'll probably main them.

Wow, thought MK would surpass Sonic in mains, of course most of us havnt played the game and this could all change...except for my Im on the Samus path 4 life

I'm torn, I like all the characters from the Mother and Kirby franchises (Ness and Kirby were my mains in melee), Lucas seems like a cool alternative for Ness, Metaknight's coolness cannot be overlooked either, and probably the most interesting character for me to use would be K.DDD since I never really liked to use heavy characters, and I'm also still open to my old main's new selves... A close runner up is Pokemon Trainer, he seems like the most interesting out of all of the charaacters.

I voted Lucas, right now it's the most likely choice.

Did I mention that I also like Wolf? I'll use him only if he's different enough from Fox and Falco from Melee (I hated those)

Kirby. He was my main in Melee, and since he's buffed in Brawl, I will definitely main him again.

Of course, I haven't played with the newcomers yet, so my decision may change, but I still doubt it.
