My favorite is Japan, not because of the animes and stuff, but because of his culture, its great. Their phylosophy of life, their food, the weather, the landscapes, and the chicks too lol.

For each time someone says Japan, a puppy will die.

I really don't have a favorite foreign country. Each one I've been too has either been nothing special or terrible.

Although I am found of a majority of Europe as a whole, although only for the historical and artists aspects.

I'm more of a cat-person, so Japan.

Nah, just kidding... I don't know what's my favourite foreign country.

I can easily say though, that my top-3 of most hated countries are Sweden, U.S. and Russia (in no particular order).

Too hard to say just one.

France, Japan, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, or South Korea.

Ireland and Scotland... it's where I originate from, after all. *shrug* ...*points at avatar* :3

Oh, and Germany... I'm not a neo-Nazi or anything, okay? :p Germany's known for preferring quality over quantity. Look at their vehicles, or their weapons. I like that.

Aaaand... Denmark. ...My girlfriend's Danish. :p Kind of odd for an Irish kid to like any Scandinavian country, eheheh. Vikings D:

Mine would be..... America or Japan.

America has everything I want.

Japan has games, anime and such.

I won't try and lie to say that I care about culture, because I really don't.

Mexico is alright. I don't remember a whole lot, considering the last time I was there I was still pretty young. Some of the few things I do remember was hearing a gunshot somewhere in the middle of the night, and some pretty good food.

Anyone aware there are other countries besides Japan?

Hong Kong.

Because I luuuurve their dim-sum.

Plus, part of my heritage comes from there, so it's nice to know a bit about where your parent(s) grew up in.

No! Not teh puppyz. ;_;

Seriously though, it's the exoticness [yet at the same time the similarities] that makes Japan so attractive to many people, same with European countries. The main reason most Americans find people that can speak in English AND Latin langauges fluently romantic and a "sexy" trait is because it's "exotic", just like their personal favorite foreign countries.

Russia, really not too bad of a place. I'll be going there in a couple of years for an exchange program. Even though America is definately my favorite nation on earth.

I don't have a problem with Japan (some of my best friends are Japanese), and I can understand being attracted to it's "exoticness" as you put it. It just annoys me to no end when some obsessive Otaku decides that everyone else sucks and Japan's the best because of some cartoons and comics. It's like saying that the US is the best because of Disney Movies and Batman.

COSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRICAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Yeah... food's delicious, better TV programing over there, my heritage is Costa Rican, and it's an extremely beautiful place. Makes me sad every time I have to leave the place

Haven't been out the country except once, so can't really say which is my favourite foreign country.

I'd like to visit Egypt, Italy, Spain, Japan maybe a few more

But doubt I'd live there.

I've always wanted to visit someplace in Europe. Maybe France or Italy. The UK too.

Russia, ehh not too much. Even if its huge, most of it's land isn't very hospitable.

It's not, it belongs to China, so you should say China instead
It was also run by Britain until recently, but it's true, it's basically (though not often considered) a commonwealth and not an actual country.

The only country that isn't the US that I've ever been in is Mexico. I used to go there pretty often, but... Well, I live 10 minutes away from Juarez. Figure it out <_<

I'd really like to visit Ireland one day, though. It always looks really nice in pictures, and a friend of mine went last year and loved it.

OMG, like Japan! They have anime and their culture is so awesome! I want to move there someday!

Just kidding. I don't have a favorite foreign country, but it sure is heck isn't Japan. I may like their cartoons and comic books, but it pretty much stops there. (and I'll probably get hurt by an crazy anime fan just because I called anime "cartoons".)

I'd say it'd probably be somewhere in Europe, though. I'd really like to visit there someday. They have such an interesting history and culture. Oh, and music. Such a rich music history. Where classical music was born. Where my favorite instrument was also created. Yes, great place.

But to be honest, I'm quite happy being an American. It's far from perfect, but no where is perfect. Many places are far less perfect. I'd just love to travel the world someday. Not just the countries but the different climates as well. I'm just fascinated by it all.
