Four dead puppies.

Has anyone here ever been to Italy? I'm thinking about visiting the country for vacation one of these years.

South Korea. Beautiful place with all the benefits of Japan, without all the baggage.

Its like, Japan is South Korea's old sister, and because Japan grew up first, God and Mother Nature learned their mistakes when they raised Japan. They are both beautiful and appealing woman, sure, but South Korea has a lot less bagage, she's just got to ditch that ex-boyfriend of hers North Korea and then she'll be ready for me to marry.

Also, I've got a crush on a Korean boxer <3

Are you kidding me? Japan has so many problems its crazy. Birth rate, crumbling economy, political unrest, rapidly increasing homeless population, pollution, and incredibly high depression and suicide rate. Korea only lightly suffers from a Birth rate and has made major strides in establishing a stable economy and moving more and more towards environmental friendly resources.

I wanna visit Canada and South Korea. My favorites based on culture are probably S. Korea. I also really liked Australia when I visited. Also, HK = <3

Little known, but a lot of Anime is actually outsourced to Korea these days, be they from America or Japan.

As for what they have over Japan, seasons. Japan's seasons are hardly existent in much of the country. They also have some of the best modern film makers, Bong Joon-ho and Park Chan-wook are easily amongst my favorites. Can't wait to see you mother <3 I also prefer Korean food, its much spicier, and the spicier the better in my books. They also have a bright future, and aside from North Korea, incredibly good diplomatic relationships with the entire world. Sure, Japan and Korea hates each other, but Japan doesn't have an army so they can't do anything about it. Koreans are also better boxers too, <3

Oh yeah, defintly. I can't actually think of a developed country without any great filmmakers, but Memoris of a Murder is among my top favorites of the 2000s. Really love the stuff that's been coming out of Korea this past decade.

Wtf means japan is economically in the toilet? They look like being the 2nd most powerful economy in the world.
And what does it mean culturally questionable? Japan has more than 120 million people, korea is like half, the bigger a country is, the bigger problems they have. China is way bigger than Japan and has way bigger problems aswell

How much do the number of people have to do with the culture? I'm sorry, it may just be that I'm unintelligent on the subject and completely lost in trying to follow... I'm gonna try to make a guess based upon the logic I see here

the bigger a country is, the bigger problems they have.
So Cuba has less problems than Japan?

I'll re-read this when I get some sleep to see if this will make sense.

Argentina is my favorite :) I wen there in 2003, and I just love it, not to mention I'm Argentinian and was raised by two parents born there. Tbh I just love it, the culture, the dialect, the people. almost all my family lives there minus my parents and sibilings. I wish my mom didn't move to USA back in the day :(

meh yea oldboy is a bit overrated but that still doesn't stray from the fact that it was a well thought out and mindblowing movie, it is not even close to being a bad movie . Personally i liked sympathy for mr vengeance more but were all entitled to our own opinions aren't we? =3=

Hong Kong.

Although I wasn't born in Hong Kong, many vacations there have revealed to me what life is like, and it's amazing. Public transportation in Hong Kong is near flawless, and the convenience of literally everything is such a plus. For buses and subways you don't need tickets, just your Octopus Card, etc. Lots of diverstiy in shopping, music, food, is spread out through Hong Kong. I also have Hong Kong Residency, so I guess it's basically like Hong Kong I.D. :)

Hong Kong isn't a country. So, I'm guessing you mean China :)

Italy because of ancestry bias. Besides it, I don't have any favorite countries but some I would like to visit include Russia, Spain, and Canada for some reason.

Hong Kong might as well be its own country. China basically let's it govern itself.
Hong Kong is a Special Administrative Zone, similar to what Washington D.C. is in the United States. Hong Kong was originally a British territory, but in the 1990's gained independence and was returned to China on the guideline that Hong Kong would retain a capitalist government for the next 50 years.

But still, not it's own country. Anyways, I'm not trying to make this into a debate or anything so sorry. You can like like a city and not like the place it's located. I like Arcata, but I hate California.

Well, of course there are small countries that have huge problems, but im talking about the most developed countries. If you take two very developed countries, one big and another small, the smaller one will be pretty much always easier to manage and will have less problems in general terms.
BTW Cuba has not any problem besides having economy blocking and communism, its a nice country
