My favorite finisher would be Gannon's D-air spike through the water on Delfino or the pirate ship.

It's such a rarity it feels so good to do it

I also like the Ganoncide, Chokeslamming never felt so good.

Ganoncide is awesome, but marth spike and either high percent fthrow, FP, AS or fsmash with lucario are my favorites.

Spiking with Marth or Zelda is fun. Neither one is easy to pull off, and both feel awesome. Though any of Zelda's aerials minus Nair feel awesome, and so do all tipper kills with Marth.

Wario's Fart, because Wario is my favorite and it's awesome when you hit somebody with a half-charged one. Mr. Game & Watch's filled up Oil Panic is fun to use against noobs who spam energy projectiles.
